I was pleasantly surprised by Casa Mayoral. Came in on a Sunday morning for breakfast and tried:
– The Traditional Breakfast
– French Toast
– Steak and Eggs
Everything was made fresh to order and I love that the cooks in the back are not too far away from the action. It is familiar in a way that it’s a very cozy diner where the servers make you feel welcome and not rushed. The customer service we received was top notch.
Overall: Don’t expect anything earth shattering, but if you need a good meal and want real food and not something you’d find at an overpriced burger stand, then give Casa Mayoral. I’m looking forward to coming back to try some of their Mexican/lunch options too as many folks had burritos drenched in steaming ladles of sauce covering their plates. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

It’s in an area that’s still under construction but they are OPEN and the burrito is AMAZING. Got red and green sauce because I couldn’t decide and they were both 10/10.

This place has the best coffee in the state! It was absolutely perfect, and didn’t need any sugar or creamer. The staff were very polite, and the food was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be coming back for more. The Denver omelette and the green chilaquiles were great as well.

After church, the family decided to go out and grab a bite to eat. We checked out a local spot in Carson and it was a pleasant surprise. I’ve drove pas this restaurant for years and never went in until now. The staff is very friendly, attentive and give quality service. The food was delicious. I went with the shrimp & grits with a voodoo ranger beer on the side. Now that I know this spot exists, I will definitely be back for more.

Menudo is very very very good, we tried also the chorizo burrito and was good. Quiet place, good service. I would say the place it’s 3.5 out of 5, and giving a 3 it’s too low, recommended, my kid loved the corn tortilla quesadillas he got 4 !!!

We love having weekend breakfast here. The absolute best is instead of potatoes you can have a generous fruit bowl or grits. All the servers are so sweet & do a great job!

Stumbled upon this small family run diner. Friendly and fast service from the waitress. Had the chorizo omelet with refried beans, and coffee. Everything was delicious. Chorizo was excellent, and I’m very picky about chorizo. Although not in my immediate area, I will return here.
