Classic Italian cooking served in a circa-1902 house with sophisticated wood & stone decor.

Cafe Ludovico was the perfect spot for a Christmas dinner with two of my best friends. The short rib was incredible—rich, comforting, and full of flavor—and the olive oil alone deserves a mention, it was outstanding. We loved the wine selection, and the bartender was warm and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy, lively, and full of love, which is truly part of the charm. The owner greets everyone with genuine kindness and you can feel how much they truly love people. Such a special place that feels like home. We can’t wait to come back.

My friend and I sat at the bar last night and had such a wonderful evening with their lovely bartender, Lauren. She was charming, personable, gave great recommendations and engaged with us in our random topics of convo the Christmas decorations elevated the experience, along with how nice the rest of the staff was towards us. The steak was delicious and cooked perfectly, and the buratta was heavenly. Thank you, Lauren for providing such an enjoyable experience.

Extremely LOUD restaurant — to the point where it was hard to even hold a conversation. The noise level really ruined the atmosphere. The bread served was cold and old, completely inedible.
For appetizers, we ordered the Calamari Dorati, but it was mostly salad with barely any calamari. For the main courses, the Linguini Alla Pescatore Di St. Angelo was disappointing — the pasta was overcooked, the seafood didn’t taste fresh, and the clams were full of sand. The sauce had no flavor at all. The Pollo Picata was just as bad, with poor presentation and bland taste.
Overall, it was a very disappointing dining experience with bad food and an unpleasant environment. Would not recommend.

Casa Ludovico is a wonderful small restaurant that exceeded all my expectations for what great Italian cooking should be. We had a calamari appetizer that was absolutely perfectly done, crispy and yet incredibly tender, probably the best I’ve ever had. Entrees were equally good: Veal Parm and squid Ink spaghetti with crabmeat and Manila clams in a very light olive oil sauce w garlic, also exquisitely done. And not expensive for this type of fare. Just a wonderful experience.

We had an incredible experience at Casa Ludovico while celebrating a milestone birthday with a large party of 15. Carly, our server, was amazing. The restaurant accommodated a mobility issue in our group and our large party seamlessly. Valet parking is available from the time the restaurant opens, which is excellent due to the number of people coming in and out.
The food and appetizers were delicious. Every single dish we ordered was excellent and of high quality. Our group enjoyed multiple appetizers, drinks, and entrees, and everyone was pleased from start to finish. The wait staff was excellent, and the host ensured our needs were met from the moment we walked in until the end of our dinner. We were very impressed and highly recommend a visit.

We ordered the brisket special, and it was absolutely outstanding, perfectly tender and full of flavor. We also thoroughly enjoyed the zucchini blossoms and the eggplant rollatini. The Penne alla Norcina is another standout and comes highly recommended. The restaurant offers an extensive wine list, and our waitress, Nicky, was exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable, providing great guidance with both the food and wine selections. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Food is Mids at best.
Basic proteins, minimal herbs of at all, dollar tree grated cheese . Bummed because it’s a nice place. Maybe there’s something on the menu that’s amazing but the store bought basic pasta wasn’t it. Staff was great. They should take the staff to a top Italian place for inspection

Food was definitely very good. There’s no question in that . They were not transparent about the prices specials. I did not expect pay 30+ dollars for a little bit of prosciutto mozzarella and tomatoes as well as 30+ dollars for grilled octopus. They should be more transparent when appetizers are more expensive than the entrées that is absurd that they did not let me know beforehand unfortunately I will not be coming back. I would not recommend

This is kind of a unique place to go and the food is pretty good and the service is always great. The only downside is how loud it is in there But then people seem to have the expectation of being extremely loud in restaurants these days. No such thing as conversational tones. We were a table of four and couldn’t even hear each other next to about six people who were literally screaming into each other’s faces and shrieking. To be fair, other people were doing that too. Their good time was all that matters. I couldn’t wait to leave and couldn’t even eat much of my meal. It’s too bad. We are not likely to return very often.
