I moved up here from TX & I’ve been on the hunt for a good Mexican restaurant in the area. Guys, this is it! The chorizo queso dip is the best I’ve ever had, their entrees are loaded with flavor, the tortillas are made in house so they’re fresh. There are so many great things I could say about this place! Great locally owned Mexican restaurant with ample menu choices and delicious margaritas. Family friendly with kind and attentive waiters. We went on a Monday afternoon, after 2pm, with a group of 7 and had no wait.
The Hawaii Fajitas were incredible! Delicious, sweet pineapple flavor with plenty of pineapple chucks mixed in with green peppers, onions, tomatoes, chicken, shrimp, and scallops.
The house margarita is great, too, and amply sized!

Although not overly flattering or noticable from the outside, this place has really great food and very friendly staff! My Al Pastor tacos were definitely worth getting again…and their homemade hot sauce is HOT! So be careful!!

Stopped in on a Tuesday night and the parking lot was packed. No worries though as the restaurant inside is quite large with many booths along the walls and tables scattered throughout. A large bar area looked inviting. They have an extensive menu and the food was decent. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Prices were fair as well. Will definitely return.

I had plans with another restaurant for 30 people, part of a family reunion. With less than 48 hours before my event the restaurant I had plans with had equipment failure and could not accommodate. I was pretty distraught. I called several places who could accommodate but expect delays or just could not with the short notice. My husband and I have visited Casa Jalisco twice in the past and I quickly remembered the large open concept, great food and yummy drinks. I called with my fingers crossed. Heather was so pleasant and reassuring on the phone, just what I needed at this stressful time. Humberto greeted us at the door welcoming our family. Both telling me no problem no worries. Boy did they save the day. They accommodated us in one area, my party of 30. Service was attentive and quick. I’m not sure how they did it with other patrons at their facility. It felt like we had their total attention. The food and drinks were wonderful, pleasing all. And they pulled off a little happy birthday as well. I am so grateful to Heather, Humberto and the team. I will forever sing your praises and will see you soon!

The food was incredible, but the service was terrible. The waiter who served us didn’t understand what we were ordering. We don’t know if he was rude or simply had no idea what we were saying. My mother tried to make a friendly joke and asked him some questions about the restaurant, but he just kept repeating, like a robot, “What do you want to order?” I think that in addition to great food, they should also provide good service and have waiters who understand the language and can communicate effectively. This man really gives the restaurant a bad image.

I’ve reviewed this restaurant before and I’ve now been here 3 times. Today I loved my strawberry margarita… but the chicken tacos were not good – dry, flavorless chicken, and soggy “crunchy” shells. Everything else I’ve ever had has been wonderful so I will definitely go back! I think they were just a little off on this dish tonight unfortunately.

I found out about this new Mexican restaurant in Claremont. My brother and I decided to check it out. We parked and found the entrance at the rear of the building. The atmosphere seemed authentic and clean. The staff was friendly, professional, and competent. It was our server’s first night, and Samantha did a great job. The food tasted amazing. I ordered the super burrito, and my brother ordered fajitas. See pictures.

If I am going to be honest this place is very much a hit or a miss. They are inconsistent when it comes to quality, I have been coming here since they opened and the sizes have gone down for certain things, the prices are high for what you are getting as well. Overall I like the place but it could be better, if I have to choose between the two mexican restaurants in town rancho is better in my opinion.

Really enjoyed the food here. The prices were relatively inexpensive for the amount of food you get. The drinks were very delicious and large for the price. I would recommend the shrimp tacos, which had amazing flavor. The service felt rushed even though they weren’t busy, but at least our server was very attentive. Will definitely be going back!
