We stopped in here on a family vacation to visit family. Everyone enjoyed the chips and salsa! They were great! The asada burrito was very good. My enchiladas were tasty, too. Two of our group had carnitas, which were a little on the dry side. That’s the only reason for the 4 star rating.

The night of Cinco de Mayo drove all the way from Tempe & I wasn’t disappointed. Friend of mine at work kept ranting & raving about it, so I drove over here. Not too shabby. We got the shredded beef burro & the pollo asado burro. I have no complaints. The rice & beans were perfect. The dude asked me if I wanted pico de gallo and guacamole in the burro and I said no. I know to most people this would make the burro boring, but this wasn’t the case for me.
I still had guacamole on the side that I would dip into every now & then.
They serve some good Jamaica (Mexican hibiscus tea, a refreshing beverage made by steeping dried hibiscus flowers in water known for its tart & tangy flavor and ruby-red color).
The atmosphere in the restaurant is pretty nice. I’d go back.

I love refried beans, however, it’s hard to find a place that makes good refried beans as most taste like they came out of a can. Casa Jalisco makes the BEST homemade refired bean and cheese burritos that I have ever tasted here in the AZ.
