Food was pretty good. Loved the Fajita in the pineapple presentation. If I got it again I would do it without the cheese, just wasn’t necessary. Service was good despite the huge size of the party with separate checks (yes, we were that annoying group).

The food was okay. I’ve been a few times and this time was just okay. I recommend the lettuce tacos but you need at least 5 or bigger lettuce sizes. It is really filling at all. The chicken was a little crunchy this time but the mahi mango habanero was delicious. Our waitress was attentive.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly smile and escorted to the bar (we requested). As we sat down and ordered our margaritas and dinner the gentleman behind the bar was very kind. The margaritas were fresh and put in a very neat glass.
I ordered the Birria nachos and the Birria meat was AMAZING!!! My husband ordered the rice bowl with ground beef and it was so tasty! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area!

Issac is the most amazing server I have had in a long time. With no reservation, we were immediately given a table with a party of about 18 people on a Friday night. The service was amazing. The food was just okay, but the portion size is smaller than i expected. The floutas were the best out of the three things we ordered. We also ordered the rice bowl and the steak chimichanga. The blue Hawaiian was sweet but barely had any alcohol.
Will we be back? I doubt it, but if we do, it would be for the service!

I have loved the original location since they opened a few years ago. They always had a unique take on the dishes they were serving. Since they started to remodel the location on the parkway they started to introduce a number of modern options to the menu. The fact that they were able to parlay their modern thinking into a brand new concept under the Casa Grande name is fabulous!
They have a menu full of traditional Tex-Mex and boutique tacos as well as flights of their most popular items so diners like me who love to sample won’t have a hard time choosing what they would like to have for dinner.
The place itself is beautiful as well. It matches the brand and even the sign outside is a draw. It changes colors!
This new location is sure to be a hit with the locals in the area especially once the pandemic settles down. I’m glad that I was able to get a good table on a Monday night. Once things get back to normal I don’t know if that’s going to be a regular occurrence. I’m sure there’s going to be a wait every night of the week!

A lot of outside seating that is fully covered. Dogs allowed outside. This was the perfect restaurant to get together with some friends and the pups to sit outside and enjoy a meal. The food was served quickly. The salsa was SO good!! And the queso was perfect! I went with tacos and my friends all went with bowl dishes.
Parking is in a shared parking lot for a plaza of businesses so there is no parking issues here.
The only recommendation I would have is to add a basic pollo con queso dish to the menu for all us basic girls that just like chicken cheese rice and beans. Thats my friends and I’s go to order every time we eat at a Mexican restaurant.

One of the best restaurants in Tallahassee! Service is amazing and so is the food. Both drinks and food come out very quickly and the food is always hot and fresh. House margaritas are huge and always yummy. No wait and the servers are kind. I will always recommend 🙂

4/5 – i would’ve given them five stars because the food was good and drinks were great but when I asked for the empanadas with no cheese, they came with cheese, and when I mentioned it to them after I had already biten half of it off and started eating I realized there was melted cheese all over, the server she said they are already made since the morning with cheese, which is fine, but then why not tell me that when I ask for no cheese? Before I even place the order⁉️Especially since i and the server both repeated the order to eachother and I before she left I said “just no cheese on anything”. Why would you serve someone something they can’t eat?
Don’t even think she apologized for it. ❌
But other than that, the food was great and I loved the pineapple margaritas.

So I came here with my partner and Rosa was our server. Rosa was amazing! We came on a Sunday late lunch and the service was AMAZING. Rosa made recommendations on food choices and margaritas. Even though we came at a weird time it didn’t decrease the amazing service. The food was great and the atmosphere was spot on.
