The steak, shrimp and chicken fajitas for two was amazing. The chips and salsa was very good with the salsa just a very slight spice to them. The shrimp had their tails but not hard to remove. The beans and rice was good and even the guacamole was good and I usually hate it. It was a very festive atmosphere. If you pay cash you get a discount.

Wow… first time ordering from here (through a 3rd party delivery service) and I am impressed! The steak on my cheesy rice was delicious! Well seasoned/marinated, tender, and a very large portion of meat. The rice was great too and the queso of course also. They sent free chips and salsa and the salsa tasted fresh, along with the chips. I would definitely order again and now I am dying to try their fajitas and eat in the restaurant.

If anyone thinks this food is good, they desperately need to get out more. I spent $30 for a Carne Asada Taco with bland beans, crunchy rice and old guacamole. The service sucked and the entire place is grimy and disgusting. I went to the restroom and it was as cold there as it is out side. This has to be the worst Mexican Restaurant in Nashville. Definitely not the “Taco Tuesday” hangout that you would imagine.

We were pleasantly surprised with a later (9pm) visit on a Friday night. Most of the crowd had left but we were immediately greeted and shown to a nearby booth. The menu offers a huge selection of choices but we opted for a couple of steak tacos and some steak nachos. The food was served hot and very quickly in ample portions. We both immediately noticed the favorable and very tender steak strips. What an unexpected and much appreciated surprise! So good! The steak had true Mexican flavor, not a slow cooker with spice packet type meat flavor like so many Mexican restaurants around Nashville serve. The nachos had abundant portions of peppers, onions, cheese with a giant dollop of guacamole along with plenty of steak strips. Besides the refried beans and good Spanish rice our server also did a good job of checking in to keep drinks full and ensure we were satisfied. We were most pleased with our visit and in spite of the restaurant being located on a very steep hill in a very high traffic area, we’ll plan on making a repeat visit to try more and different menu selections!

First time stopping here and definitely won’t be my last! From the moment we stepped in, we were seated promptly. We loved the classic mexican restaurant decor here. Service is excellent! The waiter helped explain the menu to us and right after we ordered, the food arrived in no time. I ended up going basic and ordering the chicken, cheese, and rice plate but you can never go wrong with that. It was savory and very filling for a good value. The margaritas were also some of the best I’ve had. Definitely had a nice kick to it. Overall, this place is really worth visiting.

I enjoyed this place, I will visit again. Chips were perfect for dipping and the food was great. Refried beans were some of the best around. The service was on point and I saw six TVs from my seat. If I had to knock them on anything it would be that the salsa was a little spicy, 7.5/10. Almost too hot to really enjoy a lot of them. If you’re in the area do visit here, you will enjoy it.

Hands down, the BEST Mexican food in all of Nashville. I love this place. It has been around for ever and it’s because their food is so wonderful. I got the carne asada last time and it was perfect.

The food service and staff were excellent! I had the enchilada dinner (one beef and one chicken.) The food came out so quickly and was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.
