I thought it was about time to try this new restaurant and so glad we did. The food was great, the service was exceptional, and the owner was very nice and sociable. I ordered the Ropa Vieja and my wife ordered the Rabo Encendito. Excellent, excellent, excellent…..

I had the pan con bistec. It was good. Fair price. Enough parking. Good service from the staff.
Today I went back and ordered Mahi mahi. It was excellent. Also the lovely waitress prepared my avocado and tomato salad in such nice way (see pic). It was all delicious. I’ll be back and I’ll recommend them

I meant to take a picture of the dish, but it vanished before my eyes. I had Tamal Cubano for appetizer and Vaca Frita for entree. Bomb bomb bomb. Boom baby. Think I’ll have some rice pudding.

We were there for breakfast on a Monday Holiday, mid-morning and understandingly slow. The restaurant interior is not very large but, calm and relaxing. Our server was very friendly, accommodating and attentive.
The menu was an issue and difficult to read, the sub-menu text is way too small. An updated menu will be helpful.
Quality and quantity of breakfast items was good and satisfying. However, french fries and scrambled eggs is a poor match. Cuban toast was slightly buttery and did not appear to have been pressed flat on the grill.
Overall, considering the minor things, it was a positive experience and we will visit again.

Really wanted this place to be good Cuban food since its very close to our home, but it was just ok. We likely will not return. The Pollo Empanizado was good but the rice was just so-so, the congri was very dry, the pork was mostly fat, the tostones were not tostones I dont know what they were, and the beans were old. The yuca frita was ok, crispy outside but they were to big around and very mushy inside, and the side of dipping sauce with it was cold and terrible (all butter flavor). They also served us some weird cold nacho chips with a horrible.processed cheese sauce over top. We didn’t order this, our waitress just brought it out as an appetizer of some sort which we could have done without. Anyway, we were very disappointed. I did give feedback to our very soft spoken waitress…who we could barely hear the whole time…so they could try to improve. The prices are fair for the amount of food you get and the onbiance was good. However, we were the only ones in the restaurant at 9pm on a Saturday evening, that probably said it all before we even walked in the door but we still gave it a shot. We will go somewhere else next time.

The staff was friendly but the breakfast was cold. We ordered croquetas and those were still frozen in the middle when it was sent to the table. The same could be said about the Fries.
Was really hoping for a better experience And may return for a coffee but not their meals.

Sadly had an awful experience. The food was lousy and the service too. Palomilla was hard as a rock; lechon had no flavor. The poor waitress seemed like it was her first day and no one trained her. She also has zero peripheral vision. We’d been in the empty restaurant (around 6pm) for ten minutes and she was working behind the counter and didn’t notice we were there…until I called out.

I dined here a month ago and As a chef I was happy to see another restaurant in my area. To bad I was super disappointed with the food and service. The tostone burger was dry and over seasoned the tostone was under cocked. I also got the Cuban tamale that was cold and cut into pieces I guess they did that to make sure it was hot. Super fail don’t waste your money here
