We got take out from here last night! My husband had been sick and thought fettuccine chicken Alfredo sounded like a good idea! First off the man(owner) was extremely rude when I went to the counter and picked up the menu. I was not just ordering for my husband, I had 3 others to order for. He asked was I eating there or ordering takeout, very hateful! There was literally one person in a booth eating! I told him I was ordering to go he said oh! I asked for a couple of different things which I was informed that they were out of! I was so tired. If at the moment I would have known the end result, I would have left. I ordered my food! They said it would be 20 minutes. Remember only one person was there! No one else! I went to Roses and looked around! Didn’t buy anything. Came back talked to a friend on the phone! It had been about 40 minutes! I was like oh I didn’t realize that it had been that long! My food was not ready . By this time no one is there at all! I have always loved this place. I am not worried about the time really because I know that the food was good! So they gave me my food. I got home and opened the container and I was like. This is not enough to feed my kid! My husband’s chicken was literally lunch meat sliced on top of his noodles! No lie! My little girl got the half order of spaghetti! She ate it and was like I need more. She is 5 and barely eats. I bet is was a handful! Not even enough to cover the bottom of the small salad containers! I had the eggplant parmigiana! It was the smallest portion not even lunch size! I put this on here to say! I remember when this place was Goo! Never again will I eat here! No it wasn’t because it was a off night! We was giving them a second chance, we had a bad experience with them a few months ago! I will go to Antonio next time! It was a little farther away but I will drive! This place needs to go! Or please get Nick back!

Please do not spend your hard-earned money on an establishment that’s infested with rats with people who do not understand what hygiene is and cleanliness and on top of that they’re very disrespectful and honestly they don’t want your business they they make that very clear and if you don’t believe me go see for yourself I’d rather go spend my money with Papa John’s at least they say hello goodbye sir and treat me like I’m worthy of their service

I have been coming to this place for ever for many years. I have moved and travelled to all around SC and nothing else so far competes with the value and the quality of food you are presented with. I advise everyone who drives past this shopping center to pay attention and give them a visit. The pizza and the Stromboli are my go to but my family members have never encountered any dish they did not like.

This place went downhill quickly. Last few times I wanted to order here phone was off the hook for hours. Today they were out of 70% of my order, ordered sandwich extra pickles (no pickles), 2 slices (no pizza slices), white chocolate pie (they’re out), pineapple cream cheese pie (also put of stock). What’s worse the guy seemed perplexed by my irritation. Take the items off your menu if you don’t wanna carry them. Seemed more like an attitude issue than a supply issue (which the world is experiencing). The worse part is my wife and I like their food (eggplant Parm is awesome)and normally experience a nice lady at the front. Please do better.!!!

I am really curious to know how much of their menu comes straight out of a can. First time ordering their extra crispy “neopolitan” pizza see pictures for yourself. The rest of the food was undercooked and bland. When I tried to resolve all my issues with their online order which included waiting over an hour and a half for my food and missing items I was told if I’m not happy to bring back the undercooked food and they will finish cooking it for me. It’s nice to know places like this don’t follow health and safety standards either. Waiting on response from the owner, Frank.

The pizza slices were mediocre and rubbery. The antipasto salad was absolutely amazing. And the fettuccine was out of the can and Warmed up in the microwave tasting. Coming from the west coast (california) the Italians down there are a lot better at their presentation, and far from palate seducing mediocrity. Next!

I’ve eaten here for many years and the quality of the food and service is fabulously consistent. We ordered the pizza with meatball topping this time and it was as good as always. I highly recommend!

Been going on Thursday nights for the past couple of years. You will have a hard time in trying to find a better spaghetti sauce. Service is great…would give Anna 6 stars if it would let me. If you are looking for atmosphere you may not be happy due to the basic look. However, the food is just fantastic! My favorite eatery….period!

I rarely give places bad reviews but this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. My family and I went to this restaurant after a hard day at work, and sat ourselves down in one of the booths. It was horrible that no one treated us when we came into the restaurant. We waited around for someone to come and just to assess what we wanted to drink and no one approach. Other families came in and the owners and staff addressed the additional families. I promise, we were not rude or mean. We always treat restaurants and owners with the upmost respect but this establishment failed to do so for us. It hurt us my entire family was born and raised in South Carolina and this restaurant lacked genuine Southern charm. Hopefully you have a better experience than mine but as far as my review and my opinion of this place I do not suggest it to anyone.

We are in a pandemic…WRAP FOOD before you hand a to go order to a customer! I could not believe my eyes. (A fresh cooked Stromboli just placed in a bag unwrapped and uncovered on top of the subs!). Also one sandwich was not correct. And whoever takes orders over the phone acted like they’re being bothered. Used to frequent here years ago, it’s not the same. Disappointed.
