Had reservations for valentines day at 730pm place was not packed at all..waited for 20 minutes to be seated. Then another 20 minutes before asking who was our waitress. Finally flagged a waitress down from another area to help … The manager was Rude and act like a air head…DO NOT EAT HERE

Booked room on Wednesday and the room we booked was Not available at check in so we had to settle for a different room we did Not want.
We booked room for 2 nights and on 2nd day they refused to valet our vehicle. The valet person did Not place gear in park truck would not start and now they don’t want to be liable if something happens. The room was not cleaned, items from prior guests were found in room and there was dust on tables. I could say more, but Horseshoe won’t see a dime more on our money!
