Only reason for the second star is that our address on order was next door.
Upon delivery, gentleman was curt at best. Gave him better than 20% tip for delivery. Due to wrong address. He then counted it in front of us… Then snickered about it. Really??
Now the “food”
Buffalo shrimp was an oily mess
Lamb kabob was so dry I could sand the paint off the titanic were it sits at the bottom of the ocean.
Pizza, Hawaii’n with jalapeno… There were 12 pieces of each topping total on a large. Asked to be made with extra sauce… Thank God I even asked for that because sauce was non-existent. It was luke warm at best.
Once we had seen our meal, I looked for receipt. My lady informed me that driver took it with him.
I called and was informed driver was new and that I could speak to the manager when he/she had the time.

Ordered for my entire office because it was close to us. I will say the man taking the order over the phone was friendly enough but that’s where the praise stops. First of all, they forgot a milkshake in our order but the most important part of this review is about the food.
Yes, my food was horrible. Chicken cheese steak had no flavor and the bread was hard. All of the fries in our order was overcooked. Not a pleasant experience and will not be ordering again.

This place was not so good. Delivery was 55 minutes from the time I ordered. I ordered a x-large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni and 10 Caribbean jerk wings. The pizza box was crushed so all the toppings were stuck to the box. The wing sauce was good but it wasn’t really Caribbean jerk. The wings themselves were dry. Also the pizza had little to no sauce on it. I’m not going back here again.

This food was horrible I mean horrible.. We ordered the two sub special that came up to 22 dollars and it was not good at all the fries was cooks and over cooked the sub was soggy and the meat was rubbery and did not taste good.. Not seasoned at all extra small serving as well. .. Not good at all.. I called them and told them about it of course the foreign accent gentleman felt justified because he already had my money.. Will never order from them again in life

My opinion . . . my experience: Although the food was “decent” (no more, no less), my order was wrong (again). That noted, the company seems to habitually charge you for items that you do not receive. In the end, they do not attempt to accommodate you but, instead, simply say they’re sorry and then act as though they suddenly do not speak English. Not speaking English can be problematic, particularly with regard to any type of issue/resolution which requires explanation/clarification. The employees seem nice on the telephone but consistently overcharge for orders. While being overcharged $5 to $8 dollars may not be a deal breaker, if the company intentionally performs this action consistently, their profits can become enormous . . . at the expense of the customers. In addition, if you choose to order food from this establishment (despite my comments), DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD!! This company has extremely shady business practices with regard to credit card security. For some reason, they choose to take your credit card (upon arrival at your home for a delivery order) and “manually” place the card between two pieces of paper before attempting to use a pencil-like device to sketch an imprint of the credit card!! This process is primitive, unprofessional, non-secure, and – frankly – unacceptable. Finally, the delivery person – who is also a non-English speaker – wore clothes that seemed unclean; in fact, he looked like he just played in a baseball game. I mention that he was a non-English speaker solely because the amount of money due (as noted on the receipt) was more than what the employee indicated on the telephone when I initially placed my order. When I brought this issue to the attention of this delivery person, he acted like he had absolutely no comprehension of my complaint. He simply stood in my doorway, looking as though he required instructions with pictures!! Spending money here just isn’t worth it!! You do not get what you pay for!!

Its under new management and the quality of food had increased a lot. I tried their lunch specials for 8$ they give you a full sandwich, with friend and a drink. Wings are also really tasty as well

Horrible Service. Non Existent. You walk in and sometimes there is no one there for 10 or 15 minutes. And when there is someone there, they dont even look at you or ask if they can help you. Also smells like dead rats. Can’t say I ever tried the food. Each time I go in I am not helped and then I leave. Won’t be back again.

Old lettuce on the wrap and it’s obvious that the oil used for deep frying was old and burnt. Pizza was ok but there are better options.
