Definitely one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the Chicagoland area. Authentic, tasty, right size portions. Drinks are always great. Servers are nice and patient with you. Generally busy and the taste of their product is a testament of it.

Very bad customer service. Very racist towards me and my family. I do NOT recommend at all. Waste of time. Waitress did not interact with me & my family, didn’t ask us if the food was good or anything just literally hurried up and rushed us with the bill. Very nasty attitude disappointed we wasted our time! Shots were nasty and food wasn’t good. And lastly it was one of my family members birthday she got something so small for the dessert and she’s black and a other person got something huge.

When I was seated I was given a menu put in my drink order, told the waitress I needed a few minutes to look at the menu only for her to stand there and not let me look at it. I ordered anyways the ground beef tacos mistakenly. The ground beef was incredibly runny and disgusting could barely eat it. Should of sent the plate back for skirt steak. But I felt unwelcome and rushed by my waitress. I asked for a to go box for my chips and salsa mainly still took the taco home anyways. And when I asked for a to go box. She came back with it and then I asked NICELY was extremely nice the entire time for a to go sauce cup only to be met with a “Is that all?” Something extremely snooty like her entire life would be put on hold for this sauce cup. Will not be going back. I went up to the register to avoid her taking my cash at all because I was done with her attitude only for her to intercept me right by the register. I went around her and gave it to the lady at the register. It was not busy at all no one was there and I was treated badly and rushed out so quickly. Ridiculous

Had lunch here with my mother and my dining experience was pretty good. Waitress was polite and attentive.. got our drinks, appetizers, and our meals in a timely manner. I ordered the crab cakes as an app and the baha fish tacos. Flavorful food I enjoyed my meal and my mother as well. Clean restaurant and I loved the decor of the place.. I will be revisiting cant wait to try a different dish on the menu

How ever girls working friendly nice smiles place packed food !!! Was insanely good!!! Perfect hats off to the chef his steaks on point !! We all know the rice needs to be hot and soft not hard otherwise nice job. We live literally 3 minute down the road comfort spot. Blessings people

Food ordered:
Guacamole: Didn’t appear fresh, flavor was ok, texrure extra smooth and creamy, it reminded me of pre- packaged smashed avocado, with tomatoes and onions, and salt added. It was nothing to write home about. Presentation looked like some slopped it in a plate and served.
Steak Enchiladas Suizas:
Steak was dry, enchilada had no sauce on it, and that was dry, too. Taste was OK. The presentation was good. Would I order again, NO.
Chile rellano: Presentation good, taste good, sauce good. Would I order again, yes.
Huachinango Frito: Taste ok, it was over cooked and dry. Presentation pretty cool. Would I order again, NO.
Service: good though it was very busy, and the server did the best she could even though the initial order she brought out wasn’t ours.
Atmosphere: Great. Live band, good Music, fun people.
Overall: if you’re looking for a place with good service, great atmosphere, and OK food, this is the place for you. I’ve been twice before posting the review, and the results of the visit were consistent.

New review for me. I really like this place, their Sangria is excellent, guacamole and salsa with chips are pretty good. But today I was sadly disappointed with my dinner. I ordered the Salmon dinner because I’ve had it before and was impressed. But not today. It must be a different cook(can’t call them a Chef) because no Chef would’ve served it. My first plate I had to send back because it was totally way overcooked and dry. My second try was a little better but not much. I specifically asked the bartender to ask the cook not to cook it so long. I like mine like medium rare, softer and tender inside. It wasn’t. I felt bad that it wasn’t like the 1st time I had it there a few months ago. So I ate most of it but couldn’t finish it for the ends were just too overcooked. I even wrote on my check that whom ever is cooking today at 5pm Sunday, doesn’t know how to cook Salmon. I still left them a 20% tip but left disappointed. Bartender said the usual cook isn’t available today. Not sure I’ll return.

Chips were the best but two different salsas should be offered because I think cilantro is horrible…if a person has seasonal allergies that affects their taste buds so cilantro takes like the green soap they used to have in grade school washrooms no idea if still in grade school washrooms

I ordered the red snapper. It was fried so hard that there was barely any meat that I was able to chew. It was as hard as wood. The sangria was more like grape kool-aid. My waitress was gone for so long that I had to ask another waitress to find my waitress. I told my waitress and she said all they could do was take a few dollars off the price. Very disappointed and won’t visit again.

Let’s first start off by saying Liz and Olga was simply amazing! I love a spot you can entire and feel like your at home. This place does that. Amazing food. Drinks and atmosphere. Not many places can make a great Fresh Margarita but hands down A1, and a néw favorite. Prices was surprisingly cheap $10 for a fresh margarita I can’t believe it I will be back every time I visit.
