I ordered the beef fajita plate and ended up just getting a ton of vegetables and no meat. I asked the waitress and she noticed that the plate was different from what I have ordered in the past. I come here once a week and was extremely disappointed in my meal. My sister ordered the carne guisada and it had extremely to much pepper and the Spanish rice had way too much spice that was overbearing. Need to be consistent when making your meals. As a customer we look forward to eating good food, but when the way it is made is changed is very unsatisfactory makes a person want to go to another establishment. I added a photo to show that the plate ordered was all vegetables and disappointing.

I work nearby, and I’ve been eating here for several years. With my busy schedule, I’m usually ordering breakfast tacos for take out, and they are always on-point. The staff is fast and friendly, and the tacos are so good. If you enjoy spicy salsa like I do, I highly recommend their green salsa.

This authentic Mexican food restaurant is in downtown of San Marcos, the parking is great, the food is beyond delicious! The place is very clean, wonderful staff, I would highly recommend, I will always return anytime I’m on I-35. The prices are very cheap.

We split the difference on breakfast and lunch, which was a great experience. The best of breakfast tacos for my husband who had carne guisada and the “Bobcat”. The baby enjoyed her mouse eared pancake with bacon and egg. I had the beef burrito plate. The chips and salsa to start everything off were exceptional, just enough kick. We will definitely be incorporating this into the line-up. Happy eating.
