First time here. Cool place. Small dining room that’s has some really cool views, and an awesome outdoors. Ordered the margarita with passion fruit, quite tasty. The bartender was great, very attentive and a local gentleman. We got the fish tacos. One of the best fish tacos we have had. Super crispy tempura batter, and fresh cod. Had coleslaw and a chipotle aioli, I believe. We were just there for a snack. Glad we stopped in, WILL BE BACK!, mostly because of the bartender and the food. The place seems to lack management. Hotel and restaurant, all around.

Had the asada fries and espresso martini. It was so good. They were pretty busy but Conner still took care of us with excellent service. We had the tacos, they looked so appetizing that I forgot to take a picture of them. Also the churros were good with the espresso martini. Smores were also a great addition to the experience.

This place is a hidden gem! This cozy cantina is tucked in the center of the most adorable modern motel! We were greeted by Volkan, our server, which was amazing! The food, even better! We had the Tinga nachos and carne asada tacos The asada was melt in your mouth and the nachos were overflowing with guac, the sweetest pickled jalapeños, and crema! Conner advised my husband to try the old fashioned, so we will be back tomorrow for cocktails!

Amazing Mexican food, fast, and good service! They responded quickly with my food allergy, preparing another meal for me quickly. They gave me free churros for my birthday and we even saw a bear cub!

Good food. It did take longer than I expected, but we got there right when it opened. We were there for an hour. I really liked the tinga breakfast bowl & all its sauces.
The atmosphere is beautiful. Gorgeous outdoor and indoor seating.

Mexican food in very loose terms. Tortillas fell apart because they were so soaked with juices you couldn’t really pick them up without falling apart. Service was zero effort. Server had an AirPod in and didn’t do check ins. Rice and beans lacked flavor but should be expected considering it’s Colorado. If you have a big craving for Mexican this might help satiate at the lowest level. Clean restaurant at least

Derek (chef) and Connor are Rockstars! These two unicorns do it all from checking you in, drink maker, host, chef, concierge etc … give them some love and attention by visiting and enjoying some good food in a quiet atmosphere. Awesome, personalized margarita too. Connor examines the details from selecting the perfect lime, making sure your glass is clean and directing us to the perfect cinnamon roll for our early AM cravings.

Came from NYC to visit Estes Park. We were extremely delighted to see that all the way out there there are excellent culinary options as Colina. The design is fantastic, you can tell they def invested a lot in it. The service is extremely likeable and attentive, very friendly and understanding. The outside fireplace with smores is awsome!!
These were the best nachos I’ve ever had, nothing like those terrible sports bar clumped up portions you find around.
Thank you to the owner for taking such a good care of us.

Found this place on google while we stayed in Estes. The food is delicious and affordable. Drinks are a bit small but good. I highly recommend the 3 dip chips appetizer is a must and the quesadilla is huge and delicious.

After googling best Mexican food in Estes Park they came up with highest rating and they sure did not disappoint!! The Margaritas are fresh , not the mixes most places use and we loved them! We also had the chips with 3 sides and pork carnitas! We also loved the friendly staff who made it a point to talk to us! We had a great view too! We will
