After a good brisk walk through all the protesting hype going on Randolph Street of Chicago, it was time for a cold beverage. Casa Bonita to the rescue. Lots of seats with a calm nice garden view.
Orders were being taken by staff inside a container. Also drinks and food were coming from same area. No table service offered…help yourself.
The casa margarita drink was delicious. One’s enough for $16

This casa set in Millenium Park offers cold water for takeaway. So I grabbed a water and got a $5 OG taco with cilantro, onion, and chicken tinga. Yum! They also have seating and eat before you pay table service under umbrellas for shade.
Accessible entry and venue. Accessible restrooms in park area

I stopped at Casa Bonita in Millennium Park for a solo lunch after visiting The Bean, and it was a great choice. I ordered two shrimp tacos and a frozen strawberry lemonade, and both were delicious. The tacos came with a sauce that had just the right amount of kick without being too spicy, and I could have easily gone for a third. Service was quick, the outdoor seating under an umbrella made for a relaxing break, and the weather was perfect. Overall, I really enjoyed my lunch and would definitely recommend Casa Bonita if you’re in the area.

Had a quick vegan taco break before heading out to our next spot in Chicago! Loved it, cute and touristy has a view of the bean and buildings in the backdrop! Loved sitting there for a while.

Tacos 6/10, would love some like on my plate. Tacos a bigger than a regular street taco. They aren’t street tacos. Salsa is good has a kick at the end. The nachos aren’t nachos if it doesn’t have cheese?? Nachos are a big portion but no cheese and not enough protein if you ask me. The tinga was good!! Over $100 for 4 people and 5 drinks I’m from Texas so I’m biased our tacos are the BEST BUT THIS WILL DO FOR TODAY! Super friendly staff!!

I asked the waitress why the tippong options started at 18% . She said that was a bean tax . I could not fault her wit . Excellent drinks and a beauty spot even with the big construction fence .

We bought a couple of beers, and they were warm. I tried to get one replaced, but the only solution was to give me ice, even though they acknowledged the refrigerator was off. The other items were fine.
