Everything was extremely fresh and hot. Chips weren’t stale & thats hard find these days. The customer service exceeded expectations! I didn’t have to ask for a refill or wave to get his attention, he was always on it! You can tell they take pride in their business and want their customers to enjoy the experience. We will be back

We came here on a Sunday around 4:45pm as a group of 3. There were plenty of tables open because it was before the dinner crowd. Shortly after being sat we received the chips and salsa. I liked that the chips were on the thinner side and the salsa was not too spicey. I ordered the chicken and steak fajitas and believed the price was great for the portion size. I did enjoy the seasoning on the steak more than the chicken. I also wish the peppers were cut thinner. I ordered Sweet Tea and they gave me a drink to go which I appreciated. My husband ordered a burrito and he said it was great. He also appreciated the size portion and pricing. My son got chicken and rice and he was eating it all up. They were out of lemonade that day so he had Sunny-D instead which is quite an interesting alternative but he was satisfied.
Overall, I thought the food met my expectations and with the great pricing, I plan to visit again.

I’ll start off by saying… I don’t write reviews. For me to take time to write this, it’s something special. We went to the location off of University Pkwy. From the moment we walked through the doors until we left, the customer service was impeccable. Crystal and Kevin made sure that the moment we sat down to when we left, we felt welcomed, cared for, and informed. Kevin took the time to explain things on the menu and try to help us figure out what we were going to order. We ended up ordering street tacos (1 pastor, 2 steak) and the Pollo Supremo. Both meals were spectacular. They took the time to make sure we were enjoying our meals and were satisfied with what we ordered. After chatting a little, they surprised us with a little dessert. The entire experience was nothing short of amazing. This place deserves every little bit of support and praise that they get. You get good food, great service, and a great price. I hope we support this place enough to keep it around for a while. Will most definitely be visiting again!!!

My girlfriend and I tried this place out for the first time, and ww will definitely bring back. They have done a great job of making this place clean and welcoming with just enough “old world” touches. The hostess and server were top notch. Both were very courteous and accommodating. They food was very well presented and tasted wonderful. I had the lunch sized Chori Pollo and my girlfriend had the Birria Nachos. She requested onions and cilantro and they responded quickly and brought them to her in their own small bowls so she’s could add as much as she wished. Prices are on par with other restaurants. Great place to go.

We have been here a few times now and it’s becoming a weekly staple! The ceviche with shrimp is my husbands favorite dish and I personally love the carne asada street tacos. Everything is truly delicious. We are getting to the know the staff and they are all so sweet, attentive and friendly. We have two small children and the staff goes out of their way to make it a great experience for them. Crystal and Kevin are two of our favorites! We met another server tonight and he is also great but I can’t recall his name. They are all so kind and helpful. We look forward to seeing them every week! I highly recommend this place! Amazing food and amazing service!

I grabbed food here a couple of times. Fajitas are my go to and were excellent. The Fajita salad left something to be desired, though it was at a really slow time of day when things often get screwed up. The service was very friendly. The decor is comfortable. They have the good hot sauce!

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️10!!! My new love!! my family, and I went on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. We enjoyed the atmosphere. The owners were very attentive very courteous very nice. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. I want to send a big shout out to Gina. She is absolutely marvelous. The food was amazing even my beef tips in my chimichanga were tender and delicious!!
It was absolutely a true wonderful experience. This is a Gem for Winston-salem. Please keep up the good work the good atmosphere and the good food and the great prices.!!!! AND THE MANGO MARITA WITH TAJIN OMG TO DIE FOR SO DELICIOUS. Folks Go!!! you will love it, and the prices are reasonable for the amount of food.❤️❤️❤️

My husband and I tried this place out on a whim and we were pretty disappointed. While the place and staff were nice, the margaritas were pretty bad (my husband barely touched his and mine was kinda gross) and then what really grossed us out was the guacamole. It looked like it came from a paste and was turned into this slop with a bunch of pico. I couldn’t even try it, it looked so bad and my husband tried but he didn’t like it either. We have another place that we love and it is so much better, so we won’t come back here again.

Beautiful interior. Nicely decorated with a contrast of black and white. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I ordered the birria nachos that came with the birria meat on tortilla chips covered in cheese sauce. It was very flavorful but I always like birria with onions and cilantro. I asked if I could have some for the dish and they obliged with 2 dishes. One cilantro and one chopped onion so I could use as much and as little as I liked. My boyfriend got the lunch chori pollo and it was a perfectly sized lunch portion. The server was attentive to the table, friendly and warm. Overall was a wonderful experience. I would recommend anyone to come here who’s in the area. The bonus as that the prices are more than reasonable for a sit down restaurant. Equivalent or better than modern fast food prices with much better service, free refills and chips and salsa. For my boyfriend and I to eat it was 28 dollars before tip.

Every single thing about our dinig experience was impeccable. In today’s society where food has become mediocre and customer service is nearly obsolete, it’s so refreshing to experience this today. The food was amazing, our server Kevin was top notch and on point, as well as the atmosphere and food presentation were beautiful. The attention to quality details will keep us coming back to Casablanca anytime we’re in the area. Thank you for a wonderful time and keep up the amazing integrity.
