Came here for happy hour dollar oyster. Love the decor in a nice White House with nice natural light through the glass. The long bar is welcoming and well designed. Oyster is v v good and they sprinkle it with their own vinaigrette and chili oil – it’s a first I tasted served like this. Loved it. If u like spicy like the brass cocktail at happy hour onlyb$10. Will be bringing our dog over now that we know there is an outdoor area we can sit with our dog but it’s a nice area. Also order the potatoes with parmesan topping. A little salty but certainly fun and hot to eat.

This place was amazingly good! They put their own special twist on Italian food & we loved it! My hubby had the chicken parm & I had the crispy branzino. For starters we tried their chicken wings (so delicious, but with a kick!), and their Caesar salad, which was one of my favorites I’ve ever had! So unique! We sat outside on their cute patio & Jonathon was an excellent server!

We walked in with a party of 5 during dinner and were seated right away at a nice booth with a large table. The intimate seating made it easy to focus on our conversations without distractions, and our server was great.

Dressed Raw Oysters ($1/Oyster HH): I didn’t try these, but my husband enjoyed them.

Fried Olives Stuffed With Herbs ($11): Served with gorgonzola cream. I’m not usually big on olives, but they were delicious and made a great starter for the table.

Cured Scallop + Apple ($23): This dish came with shaved celery, galangal, and bergamot. The combination was interesting and worked well, offering a cool, refreshing contrast to some of the heavier items we ordered.

Chicken Parm + Angel Hair ($25): A Tuesday special and one of my friend’s favorites here. This was one of the better versions we’ve had. The chicken was super crispy on the outside without being dry inside, and it wasn’t too heavy.

Confit + Fried Chicken Wings ($10 HH): Three huge wings that were quite good. The Calabrian chili jam offered a different flavor profile that I enjoyed, though I still lean toward Asian flavors.

Cavatelli ($17): This lamb and hazelnut ragu with fermented honey was a first for me. I don’t think I’ve ever had lamb pasta before. The lamb flavor came through without being overpowering. Worth trying once for the novelty, but probably not something I’d order again.

Grilled Pork Belly ($31): Served with guanciale, date relish, and caramelized pear. The portion felt small for the price, and the pork belly itself was just okay. The flavors didn’t really come through as expected.

Crispy Skin Branzino ($38): This came with brown butter corn puree and pistachio salsa verde. The fish was smaller than expected, and while it was good, the flavors were more mellow than the flavor bomb I was expecting.

C.R.E.A.M. ($10 HH): A refreshing cocktail with white rum, coconut, pandan, lime, and absinthe. Surprisingly good and on the lighter side.

New favorite spot— happy hour is unbeatable. Our server, Jonathan, was great and steered us in the right direction across the board. Great spot to celebrate a bday.

Small plates, so order a bunch, but affordable and outstanding. Dressed oysters $1/pop? No brainer

Went to Casa Bianca for happy hour/industry night and had an excellent experience. The mushroom pizza bread was great, and the $1 oysters were easily the best in town. The drinks were outstanding—some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Service was on point, with attentive and well-timed check-ins and water refilled without asking. Cozy atmosphere overall, and we left already wanting to come back.

I had a family dinner last Friday night. And we loved the food, the service was amazing as well. We order all for sharing and the food comes as it’s ready, which I really liked.
I definitely recommend the mushroom lasagna, the veg arancini, risotto, and my favorite was the Pork Belly with the touch of the peach it was incredible.
Also they had cool wine glasses, bigger than my head.
And our server surprised us with the dessert, thanks queen!
Overall love the food and the service❤️

The drinks were outstanding — easily 10/10. The pineapple daiquiri had fantastic flavor and texture, and every drink we ordered was excellent. We started with the oysters, fingerling potatoes, focaccia, and the seasonal cheese, and all of the appetizers were delicious and well prepared.

Unfortunately, the entrees were disappointing, especially considering the portion sizes and price. While the presentation was nice, the tortellini pasta was noticeably undercooked and the shrimp were overcooked. The dish was also overly salty, which overwhelmed any other flavors. The risotto was disappointing… it was cold, tasted very acidic, and lacked the rich creamy texture you’d expect. Instead, it was sour and had the consistency of loose oatmeal. After one bite, we were so put off we couldn’t eat any more.

That said, I would absolutely return for the drinks and the happy hour menu, which were the highlights of the experience.

*Update to the below. My husband and I took my in-laws to dinner yesterday and had a poor experience. First of all, we had a reservation at 5:45pm. We showed up a few minutes before then where the hostess instructed us they were getting the table ready. 5:45pm comes and goes and my husband follows up with the hostess. She seats us at a table right in front of the host stand that had been open and set since we arrived. They were also out of oysters, branzino and a handful of wines. The timing of the dishes were also remarkably off from the first time we visited. All in all, it feels as though this is another Austin restaurant that is unable to keep up with the demand from all the hype.

We had a wonderful dinner at Casa Bianca and tried a variety of dishes. We started with the oysters, which were fresh and well seasoned, and the bluefin cannoli, which was a unique and flavorful bite. The confit fried chicken wings were outstanding—crispy, savory, and easily one of the highlights of the evening. We also enjoyed the whole branzino, which was perfectly cooked and beautifully seasoned, making it another favorite at the table.

The cavatelli was flavorful, though a touch too salty for our liking. Still, the overall quality and creativity of the menu really stood out.

The ambiance was warm and inviting, and we appreciated the ease of parking nearby. Service was truly exceptional—the pacing of the courses was spot on, and the attention to detail throughout the evening elevated the entire experience.

Casa Bianca is a gem, and we’re already looking forward to returning

Holy cow!! I’m rarely surprised to find a new gem in Austin. We have so many, but I feel like I rarely find a new “something special.” Well, I found a new gem today at Casa Bianca!

Not only was the service amazing (shout out to Richie!), but the drink, FOOD, entire service crew (from runners to servers to host to chef!!), and atmosphere were all Michelin-caliber. The chef even came out to chat with us (he saw me literally lick the plate it was so the food was so good!).

The risotto was my favorite of the night if I was forced to pick, followed closely by those chicken wings (I almost got them for “dessert” but was too full). But genuinely, an exquisite evening from top to bottom!!

Sorry my photos aren’t the best. I was too excited to eat!!

Casa Bianca is a gem in Austin. From the moment we sat down, the experience was flawless. The oysters were unbelievably fresh, some of the best I’ve had anywhere. This set the tone for the rest of the meal. The cocktails were equally impressive, balanced and creative, and truly among the best in the city. The mango margarita was to die for. Service was attentive without being overbearing, and everything came out quickly, which made the evening feel effortless. Casa Bianca has that rare mix of elevated food, top-notch drinks, and warm, professional service. I can’t recommend it enough.
