Here at Casa Amigos, we are a family owned restaurant that has been in the industry for many years, and now, we are fortunate enough to be working under a different alias and can finally bring Jose’s and his family’s vision to life. At Casa Amigos, all of our Mexican cuisine is carefully crafted using only the freshest and finest ingredients alongside our signature one of a kind cocktails. Overall, a good experience! Our server was patient and friendly with us, allowing us ample time to talk and browse the menu and checking up on us for refills. Decor is a lil over the top for my personal taste, but reasonable to create a vibrant and fun atmosphere. As for the food, chips n salsa were perfect and I’d recommend getting the suiza enchiladas. Prices r reasonable for the portions

Casa Amigos is a great restaurant with a family feel, located in Arbor Creek on the southeast corner of 159th and Merlin.
You will not only have a great meal, but the service is fantastic, the atmosphere is inviting and interesting, and the vibe is friendly and welcoming. It’s a family business, and the owners and often there, in the kitchen, talking to customers, or even bussing tables. It’s a popular place on a Friday night, for good reason.
If it’s a nice night, the outdoor seating is great and the tables and chairs are always clean and ready for you. It’s truly a treasure waiting for you to find.
Do yourself a favor and stop by. I recommend the Jose Special.
Oh, and don’t forget to wander around before you leave, they have wonderful art throughout.

Service was great, but I went there with two friends and the food was disappointing. Flauta were so hard I couldn’t even cut them and cheese on top wasn’t even melted. and the street taco was so greasy it couldn’t be picked up

Updated 07/01/2024 – went back yesterday. Service was MUCH faster. The margarita flight was still equally amazing. We split the steak/chicken/shrimp/crab fajitas…. They were fantastic. We will definitely go back.
This was our first visit. We were told 10 minutes but it was more like 25 minutes to get a table. Also took a really long time before we had a server, to the point we ordered everything once she showed up. That being said, our server was fantastic.
The food was pretty standard of what you would find at most local Mexican restaurants, nothing spectacular in my opinion. But what really set this place apart is are the margarita options. We had the margarita flight which gives you the house, jalapeño, and then you pick two other flavors. I went with an extra jalapeño and a mango. My wife had the peach and a raspberry. Let me just say, they were FANTASTIC.
All in all we will probably be back. Not for the food, which I felt we could get pretty much anywhere, but if you’re looking for a new place for drinks, check it out.

There was a slight wait by the time we left, because this place is so good. All of our food was delicious, but the avocado chimichanga was by far the best chimichanga I have ever had anywhere! Their salsa is very delicious, as well.

The service was amazing and the only thing they lacked on was refilling our waters but our waiter was busy so it was no big deal. The chips and queso was some of the best I have every had. Two people ordered margaritas by us and they looked amazing. The food was very filling and I highly recommend this place!

Perhaps I’m spoiled living in larger city with lots of authentic options, but Mexican food here is really just for the local masses…intended to plate quickly.
Everything looked over sauced and over cheesed. Salsa with chips was drowned without flavor. Admittedly, my shrimp cocktail was good portion…as were most plates. Pretty well valued.
Service was attentive and efficient at bar. Fun and festive environment. Giant draft beers too.
Just not for me…or serious diners. But place was PACKED, so they are probably not too worried about my critique.

Great atmosphere and service! This was our first time here. The decor is beautiful. There was a 30min wait which was fine for us. We started by ordering drinks, the ones pictured below. They did not disappoint! The margs were delicious-a little strong too haha. My boyfriend ordered the carne asada and he liked it. I forgot the name of my dish but it was too salty for me. I could not finish it.

Great restaurant. We are inside but there is a lovely patio. I loved the decor. Music was good and not too quiet or loud. The chips and salsa were really good. There is a good vegetarian section and other vegetarian options in other parts of the menu. I had the Veggie Combo and my husband had a fajita with shrimp. The food and plates were nice and hot (temperature). After we chowed our food, we couldn’t figure out one dessert to share. I got the hazelnut crunch and my husband got the churro cake. Hard to say which was better. The staff are very friendly and they are on top of things. We will definitely plan another visit the next time we go through.
