I’ve been a regular customer to Casa Agave throughout this year and every visit has been extremely satisfactory, it look small from the outside but it is actually very spacious, the bar area is pretty nice and great to watch sports, I have tried several dishes and I want to highlight the quality of their seafood menu. Great service too!

Nice local restaurant. Delicious food. Carlos was very helpful. Cozy atmosphere. Everyone that works there was very nice and welcoming. We loved the Tostadas Vallarta. We also enjoyed the carne asada and the chili rellenos. Chips and salsa were fresh and tasty.

Best Mexican food in Lake County. The food is always amazing, the service is always quick. This place is an underated gem! The fire burrito is . Absolutely amazing, the chicken & steak are both so flavorful and tender. Try the coleslaw dip for the chips it’s almost better than the salsa.

I had an overall great experience. Showed up on a Friday early evening and I was able to be seated and served right away. Service from Anthony was excellent, the California burrito was great but for a first timer I could’ve gone for something else more popular. I’m used to the California super burritos, so the sizing of that burrito was pretty average.
When I visit in next time, I’ll try something else from the menu as I’ve heard they have some other delicious items on the menu.

Nice place, good service, great food, but overpriced. We’ve been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly and attentive and they serve the best Mexican food in the area. Unfortunately, they are pricing themselves out of our budget. Web sources say $10-$20 per person – never gonna happen. Dinner for two with soft drinks was over $60 after tip. No appetizers other than the chips and salsa, no dessert, no cocktails. The prices have soared over the past few years – more than other places. Example: Cheese sauce that was $0.99 just a few years ago is now $3.49. Three and a half bucks for a spoonful of topping is ridiculous. Then a surprise on the check – a 4% surcharge for using a credit card. That’s something new, with no warning on the menu. We enjoyed the meal, but felt like we were price-gouged at every opportunity. Unfortunately, what used to be a regular dinner spot for us will now be a once or twice a year destination. Too bad, because we really enjoy the atmosphere and the food.

they skimped on all the meat in our orders.. we paid 72$ for two meals and guac. I wasn’t upset I just took it for what it was until I saw the guac they gave us. They charged us 6.50 for a little cup of guac. Not even a full size you get when you dine in. Like really? I would not treat my costumers this way. Absolutely ridiculous. This is my second time trying this restaurant, the first time we had very slow service and very rude waitress. But I thought I’d give a second chance. Never again. And I never leave a bad review but come on!

What a gem of a place. The food was excellent! This is now one of my favorites! Mimi, was absolutely wonderful! She guided us through the menu and pointed out her favorites. She definitely did not disappoint. Great dining experience. Thank you Mimi for the wonderful service. We will be back!

Today was my second time going there and I have to say the food is amazing and and much more authentic than Americanized versions! Our waiter was super nice. Overall would definitely recommend this if you like genuine Mexican food!

The service was very slow. We were able to polish off the chips, salsa, and beers before they even brought out the food. They brought out a second plate of chips and we still waited.
Prices were kind of high. We ordered only one dish and split it. The cost of a soda was nearly the same as a beer.
When the food was delivered, it was nearly cold lukewarm at best. It was tasty, but cold.

You have to try this amazing place!!! Quick service like lightning fast, incredible food, and ice cold mugs for the ice cold beer. My boyfriend literally said that’s the best burrito he’s ever had and he’s been around for 48 years so he’s tried a lot. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!
