We enjoyed our flat grilled burgers. Although, I was hankering for a grilled burger, this did not disappoint! It was juicy and tasty! The fries were seasoned with a sort of sweet and salty mess, tasty! The chili fries were a large portion with chili and cheese sauce on every fry! It’s a quaint restaurant with an upstairs and patio for dining. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. And also had a cute eyeshadow thing going on☺️.

These are frozen patties. The Cary Town location burgers are made of ground beef & I tried the lakeside location, I was very disappointed. I’d rather eat Wendy’s. I personally will never be back here. I’m kind of confused why they are so expensive when the burger is not even a real burger. Smh

I was told that the turkey burger was very good…so I stop by to try, I told the young lady at the counter that this was my first time here…I ordered the burger, fries and tea…I had not been seated no more than five minutes when the food arrived. Being a cook myself, I know it take a few minutes to cook a turkey burger…the fries was delicious, the burger felt like it was pre cooked. All in all it was very tasty…now I’m looking over the check and I see that there is a tip on my receipt..I don’t remember adding a tip so I ask the young lady at the counter I didn’t do this…she told me that when I sign I agree to the tip…noted that all she said to me is sign here.. nothing about a tip..to me that robbery by trickery…so I let it stand went back to the table and picked up the ten dollars I had left..will I go back? The jury is still out on that…pre cooked or not the burger was good…the lady at the counter made it 3star event.

We’ve had good experiences here in the past but most recently (5/28/23) was disappointing. The cashier told us all the craft beer taps were foamy and tried to steer us towards the macro options in the cooler. That’s obviously not what we wanted. I figured this out based on context because we couldn’t understand her. It took longer than expected for our food to be ready. To her credit, the cashier came to check on us and realized we hadn’t gotten our food. It had been bagged up to go despite the fact that we had ordered to eat in. The food had clearly been sitting for a while but was still at a reasonable temperature for take out food. I ordered a Kicker which comes with pimento cheese, but there was no pimento cheese on the burger. As a pimento cheese lover, that was immensely disappointing. I didn’t say anything because the cashier was clearly struggling. It’s not a great time for this particular location

The food would be amazing if made according to modifications available. The hot dog was sufficient, the homemade cookies should stay home. The banana pudding was the highlight. Receipt states to remove a requested modification that ends up liberally on sandwich. Also, assistant manager (self-identified, at counter) automatically adding 15% gratuity to take out orders is egregious.

We had to stop in Richmond for a Dr appointment and were starving. This place popped up on nearby restaurants and we decided to give it a try. It was small and empty but they did not disappoint! We got burgers and fries and onion rings, I don’t remember how I felt about the fries but the onion rings were good and the burgers were absolutely delicious! We also got banana pudding and oh my gosh that was soooo good! We should have grabbed another to take on the ride home. I highly suggest stopping in to get a burger and some Dessert!!!

The staff was very nice. The food was good. I was not happy when I paid my bill with credit, added a tip, and then saw another 15% gratuity added to my total bill. I asked the staff if the amount was correct, she said yes. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have given a tip. This was not a sit down and be waited on restaurant.

Love this location! There’s something for everyone on the menu here. I’m a big fan of the PB and bacon burger, as well as the patty melt. Mmmm mmmm! The onion rings….so on point!

I know it’s a burger place, and they are delicious and come in many varieties, but the tater tots and fried pickles were amazing! We had leftovers which we reheated awkwardly 2 days later in a hotel and we still liked them. They are not far off 95 and offer a far superior meal and experience than some chain. The staff were very cool, friendly and they seemed to appreciate our compliments on the food. We also happened to talk to the owner who seemed as concerned about building his staff up as his business, very team oriented. We are planning a stop on our way back home if it works out in timing, they are that good.
