The food at our private party was truly incredible — every dish was packed with flavor and came out perfectly prepared. You could tell the kitchen put real care into everything they made. The service was just as impressive. The staff was attentive without ever being overbearing, always making sure drinks were full, plates were cleared, and everyone had exactly what they needed. They kept everything running smoothly from start to finish, and their friendliness added so much to the overall atmosphere. Our group couldn’t stop talking about how great the experience was. It was, without question, one of the best private events I’ve attended in a long time.

Cool location, neat atmosphere, small and focused menu. There are a lot of good things happening here and with the food but they seem to miss the mark on multiple things that combine to bring down the total experience. The mac and cheese is criminally under seasoned, great texture but hardly any flavor, fries were barely cooked and under seasoned , the cheese curds were insanely greasy and the prices were quite high on everything. The entries themselves were excellent but with little tweaks the entire experience could be elevated. With a little more seasoning, more attention to the cooking process it could easily be a 9/10. Our waiter was awesome though he did and excellent job.

We’ve been going to Cary ale house for a number of years. The only issue we ever have is the possibility that it could be a wait for a table. The food is delicious! From the poutine to the cheese curds, there are great options for appetizers. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are tasty. The staff, in our experience, are wonderful. Looking forward to going back!

We only had appetizers here and the food was delicious! Can’t wait to come back and try their entrees. Great service and ambiance as well.

The lasagna soup was absolutely delicious!! The Mac and cheese with pulled work would’ve been good, but they only offer ancho bbq and I like a sweeter bbq. I find it odd a place with pulled pork and brisket would only have 1 bbq. The pulled pork was ok but not like a bbq joint. They had a nice quiet back table for our large group. I’ve also gotten the party room before and that has been great.

We have been here a few times and enjoyed it. Because of this, we decided to book the back room for a birthday party. We called and booked a month ahead of the date. Tony called me 2 days before the event saying that they doubled booked the room. I understand that mistakes happen, but the the manner to which this was address was extremely poor. Apparently, they don’t book for events smaller than 30 people, something that is not advertised nor communicated. After a lot of back and forth, we decided to hold the event at different location because Tony kept asking questions comparing our event to the other one. It seemed like he was gauging which event would profit more. Just a warning: the room is free for a reason, no commitment to events. We will no longer be bringing our business here.

I have enjoyed the food and bar scene at Cary Ale House for years, and when I thought of a place to celebrate my brother’s surprise 60th birthday luncheon, there was nothing that could compare. The staff were so helpful and our server was top notch. Everyone is our large party enjoyed the appetizers, cocktails, and entrees. If you have a night out close to Cary, you should really consider this great place!

First time here. Came for lunch with my daughter and granddaughter. Started with half order of Poutin (very generous portions), Had the Pork Belly BLT (great flavor), daughter had Not That French Dip (her favorite) granddaughter had Mac n Cheese. LOVED the menu selection. Unique offerings with a “Southern influence “. Being from Louisiana, will definitely try their Jambalaya next time! Hidden gem in Cary. Highly recommend

Friday lunch. Not crowded. Immediately greeted by bartender Jen. She’s a pro. Made recommendations for a beer and a Mac n cheese bowl. Nailed it. Food and service was 10/10. Great chill vibe.
