This is what a steakhouse should be! Our server, Carly, was very friendly and attentive without be overbearing. She was also very accommodating even with out party of 8. I had the tomahawk steak. It was cooked to perfection. Accompanied by Himalayan pink sea salt and coarse black pepper. The fries were amazing as well. My wife had the filet which was cooked perfectly as well. Very satisfied with the food and service! Bar is fully stocked with great bourbon and scotch choices. Plenty of wine selections as well. Highly recommend this place for a.great steak.

This was one of the only two restaurants that was open at the resort so we decided to give it a try. We had dinner reservations at 7:45 PM. Apparently, it was the earliest time we could get on a Friday night. We decided to walk down at 7:30 to see if we could get seated and to our surprise we got seated right away. However, no one came to give us water or introduce themselves for 45 minutes while we were sitting there and there were still plenty of open tables so it wasn’t like the restaurant was fully booked. Service was terrible – probably due to staffing issues and the reason why they gave us such a late reservation but I didn’t expect to wait that long. Our kids were asking if the food was almost ready and we hadn’t even ordered. By the time the waitress came around, we ordered drinks and food all at once. I made sure to ask for the kids food to come out first and good thing I did because our food took a while to come out too.

Spent the weekend at Greek Peak and stopped in for a few drinks at the bar, enjoy some adult time. Nicole was our bartender and she was absolutely fabulous. From her amazing drinks to talking us into some delicious food that we had not intended on ordering but we were not disappointed. The spinach dip with pita bread was out of this world . Nicole’s hospitality was amazing, the cleanliness of the bar while she was there was excellent and she never missed a beat. Highly recommend if you are staying, visit Nicole for some great drinks, food and conversation!

Cozy steakhouse inside Hope Lake Lodge. We ate there for two nights and liked all of our food both nights. The service was great, the food was awesome, and it is in a very convenient location. Warm bread served in a skillet complimentary. If I could, I would give it a 6 star review. It was easy to make a reservation and also easy to modify it, didn’t have to wait for table, and the service and hostesses were nice. Definitely coming here again.

We went to Carvers for Easter Dinner 2023. I must say. Our waitress was very friendly, and willing to come back to our table many times to check on us, and bring me something I wasn’t expecting. I asked for steak sauce for my 16oz. Ribeye, and just wow. It is expensive, but the waitress made it worth while, and the chef did an awesome job on everything brought to our table. I would highly recommend, and yes, I will go back again.

For 2 people meal came to $170 (with tip). Dinner was wayyy overpriced and not of quality. I ordered the 8oz filet (medium) and French onion soup as an appetizer. Soup was served warm, and in all my years of eating this soup, it is usually piping hot as it comes from a broiler. It was still hot enough to eat thus I didn’t bother asking the waitress for help. It was also a cloudy brown not a deep dark rich brown beef color like it usually is. It honestly tasted like it was not homemade…Store bought or something…disappointing to start off. Then my main course the 8oz filet cooked to medium, was certainly not an 8oz filet nor cooked to medium. I can understand the size was small if the filet was an inch or two in depth. However, filet was not only a petite steak but was very very thin. Looked like a 4oz steak. And because of how thin it was ….it was cooked to mostly well done with some slight medium well in the middle. When I questioned the waitress, she was quick to say:” yes they are 8oz” and that was it. She was not empathetic as an example she should have said “yes, it looks small …they are suppose to be 8oz but I’ll go ask the kitchen to make sure”. After her quickly just telling me it’s 8oz and that was it… I then explained the size thing but she was quickly to shut me down (kind of defensive and almost like other customers have questioned her on their steaks before). Overall, if the meal was $170 and great I have no problem with that, money well spent…but when your entree, my filet was misadvertised and no accountability was taken on their part is concerning. For other customers, I recommend going to a legit steakhouse where they are honest and transparent with their steaks and are accurate on their menus. So when you order a 6oz it’ll be a 6oz and 8oz it’s an actual 8oz and so on. And get a chef that knows how to cook a medium steak.

Loved the pita appetizer, great cold beverages. Soup was yummy too. The Wagyu Beef burger was great the first time we had it there, but this time the Flavor was just off. Over all, it’s good food with great service.

Delicious food. On the pricey side. Kids menu: everything is Ala carte (ex. Chicken fingers but no fries). Breakfast on weekends. Took food to go but the bar and restaurant ambiance looked really nice. Regular sized portions, don’t expect left overs.
