My husband and I ate here for our 34th wedding anniversary. Our waiter David and the staff treated us like royalty! No kidding. The food items are ala-carte and this is an upscale restaurant so it is pricey. My husband ordered the Lobster bisque and Salmon. He said it was the best salmon he had ever had. “Melt in your mouth.” He also ordered the maple glazed Brussel sprouts which I tasted and they were quite delicious and I don’t even like Brussel sprouts. I ordered their chicken which is a seasonal dish. It was 4 huge breaded chicken strips with a honey mustard sauce on the side and a glazed biscuit. While the chicken was good, I wouldn’t order it again only because it tasted just like Slim Chickens chicken strips which I do love, but not coming from a high end establishment. I also had a Caesar salad which came in a lovely arrangement with a crunchy cheese round on top! They provide a nice variety of rolls, and sesame crackers one was even a charcoal roll….interesting! Right before we were to leave they brought us a tiny , very delicious chocolate cake in celebration of our anniversary! We plan on going again next year! Yes, I recommend.

First time here. Service was fantastic. Seared tuna and shrimp cocktail were excellent. Chicken and salad were good as well. Paid $190 for a 8oz fillet and 22oz lobster tail. Fillet was excellent but lobster was overcooked.

Had 6:30pm Valentines Day reservations but Michelle (Senior Manager) contacted me on Friday to say they entered the reservations incorrectly and I now had none. Ended up they got us in but real early at 5pm, so we ate in a 90% empty restaurant. Michelle told us in voicemail and during a call that the food would be comped and to charge it to the room, she never comped the meal, and hasn’t returned my calls as of today (2/23/26). The waiter was awsome, food other than 48 oz Porterhouse was good, but Porterhouse was the worst steak I’ve ever purchased. It was supposed to be Medium but was mostly rare and we had a hard time telling it was 75% fat. See attached pictures. (Update 2/23/26) I was able to talk to Michelle this afternoon after calling back and she is working on refunding the meal on my credit card, the note to comp the meal she left the restaurant was overlooked during my visit.

Incredible experience here. The food, the appetizers, everything. Our server was attentive and our food was some of the most amazing I’ve ever had. Steak was the best cooked thing we’ve ever enjoyed and my chicken cordon blue was incredible (while a little bit spicy, was perfect). I recommend this place to literally anybody with a little bit of extra money. (Try to avoid the casino unless you REALLY wanna spend some money!)

I order my food to go right around 8:30 before they closed. The cacio e Pepe and prawns and rockerfella oyster. The pasta tasted horrible you can tell from the pictures, the oysters would have been good if it didn’t have shells bits all through them. I could have broken a tooth. I NEVER leave reviews unless it’s really bad. I think I’ve left 2 my entire life this being the 2nd. Don’t waste your money here or definitely not to go!

Dinner to Remember at Cavers on 19 Tonight we had the most amazing dinner at Cavers on 19—truly a standout experience in Tulsa! From the moment we sat down, everything was perfect: Incredible crab cakes Fresh, flavorful salads Warm, delicious bread Craft cocktails that hit the spot Steaks cooked to absolute perfection
They even surprised my husband with a thoughtful birthday treat that made the night extra special And just when we thought we couldn’t eat another bite, we saw the cheesecake… and had to order it for a late-night treat after hitting the casino
The views from the 19th floor? Breathtaking. Tulsa lit up beneath us—definitely a don’t-miss spot if you’re in town!

They have a great selection of appetizers and entrees. I have never had anything bad here between seafood and steak. The service is usually 5 star as well. It is definitely a top restaurant in the greater Tulsa area! Highly recommend.

Food and service is amazing if “warm” my experiences gambling at hardrock over the years and getting taken care of with McGills. Now this time I finally get a chance to try carvers and as soon as I arrived I’m very well greeted. The host explains there isn’t enough room we’d have to wait til 8:30 I said that’s fine we can just do take out so I go over to the bar area to order. The lady behind the bar ( hair in two buns) was very rude asking me “what do you want dude” right of the bat. I order 80$ worth of food and then asked how long the wait might be and she laughed and said how would I know. I walk off and end up gambling more while waiting and get another 100$ voucher. I go up to the same lady and try to add 2 65$ steaks to my order. Then she replies I’m not sure I can do that. Me being nice because I respect the hardrock just say I don’t mind waiting and I walk off. Finally after waiting forever I find out my 200$ food is just sitting on the counter getting cold when the lady knows I’m sitting there forever waiting. She finally gets the host to grab me and when I pay says have a good one dude again. This is my second review I’ve left in 26 years of life.

We are an older couple who went to Carvers for an early dinner. We shared a steak, salad and a potato. Our servers made us feel welcome and were very gracious and accomodating. Everything was deliciousl

Great service, and I liked most of the food and the drinks. But the steaks were underwhelming. I ordered a filet and my wife ordered a strip, and they just didn’t have a lot of flavor. I feel that I get better steaks at Outback or Texas Roadhouse and they are less expensive. It’s really a shame because the atmosphere and everything else was great, but it was lacking in the most important thing.
