Damn good BBQ! We tried just about everything and it was finger licking gooooood. Highly recommend getting the coleslaw.My favorite were the ribs, the brisket was a close second. Portions were big and filling. Oh and the beer was cold. 10 out of 10. Will be going back when I’m in Alton!

Wow!!! Amazing place if you want some pulled pork and brisket. The chilli , potato salad and toast was bomb. I never had toast with a meal like this. So good I had to order any toast. Thank you Courtney for your hospitality. She is very professional and loves her job. I know, by the way she greeted other customers.

Highly recommend!! Support local small businesses! The best brisket I have ever tried. Cheesy potatoes very good. Portions are very good for price. Fresh full of taste. Better than any Texas brisket I ever had. Service was very good which is hard to find these days! Never had to ask for a thing she was on top of it! Very clean place well taken care of !

We were looking for something in the area as we were in Alton & seen this BBQ spot on google. We decided to try something new. The reviews were good……but are experience wasn’t so hot. The chili was good, the nachos were not very flavorful. The brisket was like luke warm an kinda slimy. The place smelt way better than it tasted. The wife said they pulled frozen meat out of the front cooler and took it to the back. I Dont Know how fresh the food really is.

I had a large order for pick up friday night, $135.00. Four stars because 1 order was supposed to be a small salad, but we received an order of nacho chips instead. The chips came with the salad dressing, weird.The person on the phone repeated the order to me, so im not sure what went wrong. Also, the prices on the internet are not matching with what i was charged. This was about $20 more than expected.

I go here periodically for the supreme nachos with half pork & half chicken. It is always good …if you like it spicy you can add jalapenos & their spicier sauce. It is a meal in itself. I have tried their vegetable soup & the baked potatoes & those are both very good also. If you are visiting Alton I would urge you to give them a try & they are very easy to find. Keep it n mind I believe they are closed Sundays & Mondays.

Good BBQ. Pork brisket sandwich was tender and cost around $7. Staff was friendly and food came quickly. I enjoyed everything, but it’s nothing to “write home about”. If you’re in Alton, it’s worth stopping though.
