place is always dirty. found 21 small pieces of plastic in my cinnabon soft serve ice cream and woman who served me was very rude. she had on a mask with her airpods in and was ignoring her customers. seemed like the manager. what type of manager would control her store like this. seems very immature. very disappointing. 0/10 will not be back here

Got the brookie swirl. The only downside is that I had to eat it quickly to prevent melting. The plus side is now I’ll have to come back again and have more! Wish we had one of these where I am in NC.

They don’t seem to have the XL size for shakes, which is fine.
Full range of outlet ice creams, I just wish they had milk alternatives as well.

It’s carvel, easy 5 stars. The staff rotates frequently but we get regular ice creams so nothing to mess up. Maybe people should stop buying 2800 calories treats with 47 steps to make it and the new staff would have an easier time with the order.

They always make everyone feel like family. The owners and their kids who work here are the salt of the earth good people. Always clean, always friendly. And of course Carvel ice cream is out of this world delicious.

Terrible Carvel. Obnoxious young girl behind the counter. Ask for a bag she just winged it on the counter. Get home to find our cups were just a hollow pyramind of ice cream. 13.00 for a vanilla cup and a so called hot fudge sundae with a snotty teenage girl. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
