Gave me a cracked lid with my carvelanche. Had to eat every bite cautiously to make sure I wasn’t going to eat a plastic piece. Other than that, the ice cream was great.

Service wasn’t friendly at all + I was the only customer inside at the time. I think I’ll stick to Bristol’s Carvel Shoppe. At least their employees actually enjoy their job + are interactive with customers.

I went in for Sunday brunch and am glad I did. I was greeted by friendly, smiling faces who share my love of ice cream. The ice cream was as perfect as I had remembered after having not been to a Carvel in quite a while. You owe it to yourself to have such an experience.

Went with my daughter to get some ice cream and the girl behind the counter was very impolite. My daughter said with that attitude I’d rather go to Peaches & Cream. That’s exactly what we did. Staff is much nicer..

Dasher done wrong. No bottom layer of goodies. Server forgot the hot fudge sauce in the middle layer. I had to ask him to put it on the top and he said that he forgot it. There were 3 employees working, but only two were working hard. One woman walked through the chaos (line out the door) and just kept walking around to the other side. Memorial Day, and very under staffed. Personally, I think our server “forgot” the hot fudge because the other server was working in front of it.

The woman who took my order was very friendly and polite, it felt somewhat warm in there which surprised me because I would think be card for their equipment to run and keep the ice cream at the correct temperature. Although it was in the 90s that day so I’m sure the air conditioning had some trouble running. Another thing was the ice cream seemed a little different from the last time I was there, it didn’t seem quite as thick and creamy and it was melting very fast although again like I said it was in the 90s maybe that was why. But overall it was a good experience I’m going to go back again when it’s cooler and see if the ice cream seems different.
