Had a great night. Food was good & service was really great. Really enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms, corn chowder, filet cooked to order perfectly and very tender & a good Creme Brulee. Great food and priced correctly where you don’t walk out feeling like you were over charged. The dining room has a nice classic feel to it, with a simplistic beautiful appeal. Seats are comfortable and you don’t feel rushed. Set up where it isn’t very noisy and easy to carry on a conversation. Derrick, our server, was top notch. He was friendly without trying too hard and perfectly timed and attentive. Thank you Derrick for a great night out. I definitely recommend coming and experiencing a nice place.

Everything was amazing, the service was top notch, the food was amazing except the prime rib. It looked great, the texture was tender, but there was no flavor. I’m just glad I had the horseradish and au jus with it.

My wife and I were celebrating our 33 year anniversary and we decided to come here for a nice dinner. It was delicious. It’s not your average go every night dinner. But the service was great too. I highly recommend if you like steak and of course they have other options if you’re not a steak person. My wife had the salmon, with sauteed mushrooms as an appetizer. And the desert was awesome. I had their special to medallion steaks also as pictured. They were made very well on a bed of angel hair noodles. It was made very well. I do recommend and I will probably take others to try this restaurant. The prices are not as high as the strip which makes it a little bit more enjoyable. The atmosphere was good too. I will be back.

Carve is inside the Cannery Casino, which means your path takes you past smokers, the only downside. The restaurant has that old Las Vegas charm and the prime rib was perfect.

We are locals that love to visit new steakhouses. We found this while going on movie date decided to try out…the service is friendly, the waiter made sure we were taken care of. We went off reviews but not sure if this was an off night the ribeye steak was horrible cut, very tough. Another couple next to us stated same thing and they were giving it to their dog due to how bad it was. We asked for burger instead which was not any better. The salad portion is a great size and bread; other than those items this will not be a place we would re-visit.

Take a trip off the strip and have dinner at Carve. You will not regret it. Food is fabulous and service is even better! I booked my reservation online for my anniversary and received top notch service. I highly recommend the French Onion soup and crab cakes. The entire wait staff is beyond amazing. Thank you for such a great evening. Oh, and Darryl will make you a cappuccino that will knock your socks off!

Excellent restaurant inside the Cannery Casino. The food is delicious with their prime rib being their specialty. They serve a bread bowl with sourdough bread and a slightly sweet macadamia nut bread that is mouthwatering! They get new customers and locals who are repeat and know many of their customers by name. We had Dereck as a waiter and he has been there several years. You can make reservations ahead-I recommend this as sometimes they are full. The customer service is excellent. The portions are large. Very clean. There is alcohol available for those who partake of an alcoholic beverage with their meal. Of note the walk through the casino to the restaurant is short but with strong smell of smoke.

We had the prime rib and the daily special, both were amazing. The daily special of filet tips and lobster tail was $31.99. The prime rib looked fabulous.
I also had a neat, dirty martini that was $11 and very tasty.
The salad and the salad dressings (ranch and blue cheese) were delightful and a great start.
The team including the host, server and support were great.

In town and had dinner plans with old friends. We were going to go to Texas Road house and the wait was insane (2hrs). So we decided to go online and see what the cannery had for steakhouse style food. Made a reservation online and when we got to Carve they had no problem seating us right away regardless of our reservation time. We are so glad we decided to go here because it was absolutely some of the best prime rib ive ever had. The veggies and mash potatoes were so good. And the corn chowder will knock your socks off. Our server was great, very attentive and personable. The bartender gets a special shootout she made me a sparkling pink sangria that was not on menu and it was so yummy. We will def be returning the next time were in Vegas. Overall great food great staff would highly recommend.
Edit: Not sure why someone said it was more expensive than Outback but we found the prices for 4 of us very responsible. Even with drinks. We would have spent way more and gotten less quality from anywhere else in my opinion.

Have ate here a few times. Both Darryl and Derrick are awesome servers. The bartender makes great drinks. The food has always been fantastic. All of the staff here made our visits enjoyable.
