The Caruso family is so nice and the food is just delicious, pure comfort food. The Gnocchi Al Forno is the best gnocchi I’ve ever had. Pillowy gnocchi in a hearty, garlicky marinara. It’s like eating a WARM HUG.
I also love the Fettuccine Vodka and Chicken Parmesan. The complimentary bread with roasted garlic oil is such a nice gift.

My husband and I randomly came across Caruso’s Tuscan Cuisine by accident. Can I tell you, hands down the BEST Italian/Tuscan cuisine I have ever tasted. The food was authentic and the service was above superior. They truly make you feel like family. You may have to wait for a table, but rest assured it is worth every second. We have found our new Italian home! <3

Oh my goodness this place is fire! I tried the Margarita Pizza and the Panna Cotta, and they were absolute perfection. The pizza is light and has the ideal woodfired crust, while the Panna Cotta was so bouncy and creamy. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had. I will be back to order EVERYTHING.

Went to dinner last night with friends. This place is very small. 4seats at bar watching the chef cook and approx 8 tables. It will get crowded but I thought the food was pretty good but not something to rave about in my opinion.
They have a Wine & Beer License just an FYI. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was a nice place but I won’t be going back. I realize that everyone has different tastes and it was nice to try but now a repeat place for me.
Here is what we ordered: (I included some pictures of our meal). Salmon Special served with a red sauce (very nice portion of Salmon that was flaky) , roasted potatoes and vegetable. My wife had the Lasagne and it was ok – it was missing ricotta cheese) nothing special.
I split the Fettuccine Porcini (That was fantastic) and a Biancaneve Pizza (The pizza didn’t have much flavor even with the truffle oil).
We finished our meal with homemade desserts: Tiramisu and some other gelatinous desert served with some sauce. We should have skipped the deserts actually. The Tiramisu was lacking a rum flavor and the chocolate sauce drizzle overpowered this dish. The other thing really had no flavor.

We went to Caruso’s for dinner while visiting Capitola. Be aware that the place is really small. Indoor seating is very limited. We were seated outside initially, but the server was kind enough to call us in when a seat opened up. We had ordered the vegetarians pizza and the Dischetti Al Tartufo. Both tasted good, especially the sauce in Dischetti Al Tarufo was excellent.
We do not know what was the reason but they forgot about our order for a while. Then they realised later and got the food. It was 45 mins since we ordered. Also they got us gnocchi al forno instead of Dischetti Al Tartufo and we had to send it back.
Overall we had a decent experience.

I have been to Milan and Rome, and have ate in Italy. This is by far the best pasta I have had in my life. I got the fettuccine porchini and it was 11/10. Please don’t waste time if you are nearby and try this local restaurant. 10 out of 10.

They were recommended by a customer from another restaurant. So I went. The one place was a cozy small Italian cafe. I ordered the lasagna. The only downside was my server hardly came to my table never told me specials and can coke $3 a can no refills . It was not that busy. I might go back for the lasagna it was fantastic big portion

Melissa our server was lovely. The food was average. The space was tight. But they are hustling and I want them to succeed. The prices are modest and the restaurant is a good value portion wise. Four stars because they are a small business and working hard.
