I ordered a meal through door dash, and the receipt/ order populated incorrectly at the restaurant.
I gave them a call and explained and they promptly made a new order and sent a driver to my location a few minutes away. I commend them on the correction and awesome customer service!

Such ashame how bad this place has gotten. Been going here for as long as they have been in business. Always a large extra cheese pepperoni pizza for under $20.00. The extra cheese is non existant anymore. Tonight on December 6th I ordered a large extra cheese,garlic and sausage pizza. The non existant extra cheese started 2 inches down the crust and hard to tell there is garlic on the pizza. The sausage was haphazardly strewn about the pathetic looking pizza which is extra thin crust for some reason. To make matters worse all I added was an extra topping to my normal two and the price jumped to over $26.00 from the normal under $20.00. Such nice owners but the quality and value are a joke. You have a great clientele which I’m sure took years to build,you are throwing it all away. It’s one thing to get a good product if you are paying an exorbitant price but when you pay this much and get a frozen pizza look-alike when you arrive home it’s beyond the pale. I won’t be buying anything here anymore but for those who will I hope you do better!

I am very disappointed in this restaurant’s quality of food and pricing for the food, I ordered two subs, which had very little meat, lettuce cheese tomato between the bun, so it felt like you were eating just a bun, also my large Sicilian pizza I could not find the ham topping, very sparse on pizza for the extra price you pay for each topping. I will never visit this pizza restaurant again. Huge rip off for the price and quantity of food ratio that you receive.

Ordered party subs, picked them up. The girls forgot or missed the condiments to give to me. Got a phone call from them about 10 minutes later apologizing. I told them no big deal and I was already about 15 minutes away and ended the call. The owner called me about 5 minutes later asking me to give him the address so they could get them to me. I told him not a big deal that I was in wrightsville. He said you can’t have a sub without the condiments. They took the address where we were and had someone deliver them to us. Thank you so much!!! It was a surprise birthday party for my husband and I would have never had time to run back. Much appreciated. Order carry out there all the time and will continue to do so! Went above and beyond to make sure we had everything for delicious subs!!!

Just called to order pickup and was hung up on 3 times. Then she answered and put me on hold, for over 7 minutes. I could hear everything going on at restaurant. Someone else called and she put them on hold. Then waited on a few customers to checkout. Next someone calls and she picks and and starts waiting on them, even though 2 of us were already on hold. My husband got there awhile so he said he would just ordered. Next I know he calls me and tells me to order somewhere else, that it wasn’t busy but no one came to counter to wait on him. Suffice it to say, they aren’t getting our business today.

We’ve been regular patrons since we moved to the area 18 years ago. We’ve gotten consistently great food, both as a restaurant and as catering. In all those visits we once got a pizza that was a little overdone. Alex made it right, and truth be told, it was still quite tasty.
They don’t skimp on portions, either… order lasagna and expect to get at least two meals and a small stromboli will feed 2-3 people.

I have always loved this carusos! The food is great! I just used them for my baby shower. We did full trays of pasta and salad. You can’t beat the price for how much food we got. I was getting quoted 300-600.0 at other places for catering for only 25 people. Carusos by far had the best pricing & everyone loved the food. Customer service was great also!

This is the best hoagie restaurant in the world! Every time I travel from CA to Lancaster, PA, I drive to this Caruso’s for their turkey & provolone hoagie with everything on it. The owner is kind and talks to the customers, the staff is amazing and always serves with a smile, and the food comes out quickly! Love it! Thank you for the terrific service!

This was a medium pulled pork bbq boli. It was hot, fresh and tasted great and I am sure the leftovers will be great later. The restaurant was busy and had a bit of a wait but it was still worth it.
