Great little spot for a delicious family meal! My Wife ordered the Chicken Florentine Panini which was really packed with chicken, spinach and ricotta. I opted for linguini with sausage and extra sauce. The sausage was fork cut tender and juicy and the sauce was very tasty as well. I also had a side salad with their house balsamic dressing which was tangy but very good. Our Son had the chees steak wrap and that was packed with meat as well! Our Daughter had a small pizza with cheese and mushrooms and that was a real winner of a choice as well! Their crust is excellent!
We also got the infamous Pete’s Fries as an appetizer and Man – those were definitely noteworthy!
The service was great, the restaurant is cozy and clean. Very much worth a stop if you’re in the area!

Fantastic food! And a lot of options. I was really surprised for such a small place how busy it was when passing by and had to try it. Will definitely stop again if we are in Pennsylvania.
Photo that I forgot to take was the huge portion of mussels in their marinara sauce which was definitely worth a try.

The perfect spot if you live in or near Rothsville! The waitresses are extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful (to the point of remembering our faces specifically when we once left our card there). Caruso’s Rothsville is cozy and very family friendly and is by far our favorite place to eat in the area. The food is always delicious and reasonably priced.

We usually order take out. So tired of ordering sandwiches and asking for mayo, sauce or anything extra and you get charged for it and when you get home to eat and the extras are NOT on the sandwich but yet we paid for it!!!! I have addressed this in the past after awhile you get tired of calling them back and complaining. So we stop eating there for awhile then after a few weeks or months think ok let’s try again lol same thing. I also checked the slip and the extra we ordered was on the slip but not in the sandwich seriously I think the people don’t Read the whole slip and slap the sandwich together. It happens way to much!!!
