This is a must-try for all DC residents. Caruso’s does not miss in any category. Service, quality, value for price, dish creativity, and decor are all excellent. Everything is made in house and you can tell. The garlic bread with the four cheese dipping sauce was delicious. I recommend trying their espresso martini paired with one of their desserts. A perfect way to end a wonderful dining experience. This place is a gem to the community. I can see why getting a reservation here is so difficult.

Caruso’s started Sunday brunch this past Sunday. We were there immediately. I have to say this was the best brunch we had recently. The service was friendly and comfortable. The food, all of them were delicious and satisfying. Everything was done just right. And I can say that the cappuccino was much better than a lot of the restaurants/cafes. We were in Italy last April, we missed so much of the espresso and food. Thanks to Caruso’s who brought that nice memory back.

One of the better Italian restaurants in DC. We ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, the seafood linguine, Caesar salad and, the chicken Parmesan all delicious. The waitress was efficient and effective, the decor is homey and gives off family style. Definitely reserve a table because walk-ins are very difficult, you won’t regret it.

This place exceeded our high expectations of it. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and it is as advertised. The carusos Alfredo was super excellent and the garlic bread (especially the sauce they put on the side) was amazing. Would love to come back here again and try another pasta dish or two. Been coming here a bit and it looks like they got their groove going good. Caruso’s is such a precious nostalgic gem w some serious eye Candy too. We had the tomato basil, eggplant rollatoni, chix piccata, spaghetti meatballs, and Nutella crepes all done to perfection. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and left w plenty of leftovers for late night snacking later. I ❤️ Pasta
