We love experimenting with local restaurants and especially live finding gems like this! Appetizers, specials, entrees, pizza all top notch and at great prices! The service was great too. Not too clingy but timely. We’ll be back and recommend you try it too!

Please stay away. And do not order from here after 7pm. There’s only kids working there that do not give a crap about the customer. They give you what is instead of actually fulfilling the customer’s wants. I’ve been dealing with them for years the food is getting nastier and smaller as time goes by. If you ask and pay for extra then you should get it regardless. I do not recommend ordering a sub from them unless it’s during the day. The sub rolls are so hard you could bust a triple pane window with them. They tell you every time they have new bread. Lmfao no they do not. Same Ole stale bricks they been serving. The kids there do not give a crap about making us happy. Called them told them and all they said was ohhhh it was right. Come on kids. Please do not eat from this establishment they suck

If you love the pizza from Stefano’s, then Cartoni’s won’t let you down. Some true authentic Italian food. Antipasto salad is a little different than Stefano’s, it has bell pepper and iceberg lettuce, but still delicious. The baked bread with marinara was mouth watering. Philly cheese didn’t disappoint. More convenient to Lake City.

We’re from PA originally, and finding GOOD pizza (non-bitter sauce, firm & stone-baked dough) is difficult in SC. We had slices only but were impressed. Well, Cartoni’s is a winner for us! An employee said dough is made fresh daily. They need wait staff so you order at the counter entrance or by phone. Turns out the owner is from the Reading, PA area & used to own Ozzy’s Family Fun Center on Route 61 outside of Leesport (my hubby’s hometown).

My family loves Cartoni’s! The staff is so nice and the food is great. My favorite is the Greek Salad with house dressing (oil and vinegar). It’s a big salad with lots of feta cheese! So good!
Their meatballs are wonderful, too.

Was in the area so I stopped. Nice place, I ordered a Stromboli special. It was awesome. I haven’t had Italian this good in a long time. The crust was perfectly done, the Stromboli was almost 2′ long. Had a great taste and the sauce did not disappoint. The pricing was very fair. If ur close check this place out for sure.

Ordered fettuccine Alfredo, paid $2 extra for chicken only to not have one piece of chicken in my whole dish. Great pasta, but I would have loved to enjoy the chicken, especially after paying for it.

Eh, this isn’t it. Their pizza is made on dough thinner than my patience, the toppings are OK but the lack of dough means that the toppings will fall off, and the sauce is mediocre.

And, if you’re thinking of trying one of their other food offerings.. Stay far away from the burger and chicken sandwich. Both fell off a Sysco truck last week, and are only slightly better than “random gas station heat lamp” food.

(And yes, I know they’re both from Sysco, and not homemade. Don’t even try.)

The people are nice enough, but that doesn’t make up for a sub-par food. If they made the dough thicker (and please don’t say it’s true Italian.. Italians LOVE BREAD) and tried harder with the toppings, it might get another star.
