Tried this place out at WTF bar in East Austin. Didn’t pay attention to pricing or anything, because it seemed like a simple by the slice truck. After I paid, I realized I had just paid $8 a slice which is insanity for a slice of cheap pizza. Pizza proceeded to be painfully average. Pretty shameful to charge $8 for 1 NY slice no matter how good it is. Really bad value for a very mid slice of pizza

Not only was the pizza fire but Tyler was a super cool dude. Actually sat there and chopped it up with us instead of just taking the order and turning around the way most food trucks do. Definitely recommend this please!!

I ordered on a Sunday night to the location listed after ordering online. I call the number listed and was told this location does not exist anymore. I confirmed with Tyler over the phone that a refund would be sent back to me. This never occurred and now Carter Bros will not answer my phone calls or email me back. Now I have to dispute the charge and take extra steps. Extremely unprofessional and will never order again.

Pizza isn’t even edible. You could throw a pizza in a fire for 30 minutes and it would still probably look better than this. This is literally a health hazard, odds of getting cancer after someone eats this is probably increased by 20%.

Door dash had a glitch where it was advertising buy one get one free for the extra large cheese pizza when actually that was not offered. I called the restaurant and the owner answered he explained the glitch but was so kind, and still threw in an extra pizza at no cost! Also, these pizzas are amazing!! They are literally to die for!!! Thank you so much, Tyler!! Really recommend this place!

I can’t rate the food because I can never get it without them cancelling my order. We tried once on UberEats and they cancelled our order. Tonight, we saw that they were on Too Good To Go and ordered their pickup from 11:30-midnight, I drive up to Moontower for them to cancel my order 4 minutes before midnight. I’m done trying to try this place, there’s no way their pizza is worth their extra crappy service. If you can’t manage and handle simple technology don’t put yourself on the apps

Just had the weirdest experience here, outside of Sign Bar. I bought a slice of pizza with my girlfriend, before heading home, my girlfriend didn’t want one. I asked specifically if they sell by the slice then ordered one slice. The guy working goes on to plate two slices, so I confirmed I just wanted one and he reply’s, “nope.” So I’m assuming he’s just hooking it up with two slices because it’s the end of the night… but then he charged $8 which seems pricey for 1 slice. So I’m pretty sure this guy told me I couldn’t buy one slice then made me pay for two. I was so confused I paid and then realized after walking away what happened. The pizza seemed to have been sitting for a while too it was pretty tough and crunchy
