NOW OPEN Welcome to this pretty wooden Thai house, Koh Phangan style open air restaurant. The concept of Carte Blanche is to work with fresh products, from Thailand, and market cuisine. Carte Blanche also means fusion food, creative cuisine according to my desires and my inspirations. The menu will often change, work on the suggestion on the board and the à la carte menu for the best dishes. So stay tuned for upcoming menus. And off courses good wine. Come as you are. I went 3 times and it was delightful every time! The fish was always of the freshest quality. The banane flambée is one of the best desserts I’ve ever had in my life and I’ll dream of it for years to come! I highly recommend this restaurant if you want a true French cuisine experience with an Asian fusion twist!

What a discovery in koh phangan!! Fine french cuisine, even my wife who is vegetarian ate fish here once she tried mine. Banana dessert is incredible as well. There’s a french guy working in the kitchen who def knows what he’s doing.

We spent three days on Koh Phangan and ended up dining at this restaurant twice. The food was absolutely exceptional, the service incredibly friendly, and the owner just as warm and welcoming. The French cuisine is of an extraordinarily high standard, making this not only one of my favorite restaurants in Thailand but one of my favorites anywhere in the world. An absolute must-visit and highly recommended!

Wonderful place! Great option after 2 weeks of local food. Fantastic menu. I got the King fish ceviche and Steak tartare. The ceviche was devine, the coconut milk fusion is ingenious. Loved the steak, it hit all marks.

Best restaurant in Koh Phangan! And we tried a lot of them over the last two weeks. We tried special dishes of the day. The softshell crab and the desserts were to die for! Dishes tasted like a fusion of french and Japanese to me. Which is so hard to do. The place is well decorated. The staff is so kind. We got degistif’s on the house.
