We got a gift card here for our wedding 3 years and have been going every year ever since! The food is like nothing I have ever tasted before! How he mixes the flavors together amaze me every time!
The desserts are soo delicious! We have to each order our own cause they’re so good we don’t want to share! 😛
The decor is so beautiful and fun! They have a questions game you can play while you wait! We just celebrated our 3 year anniversary there and looking forward to the next! 🙂

This place is a masterpiece for both your taste buds and your eyeballs. The food? Chef’s kiss. The vibes? Artsy and fabulous. The customer service? So good I wanted to tip in song. But let me tell you—the real star of the show? The bathroom. I walked in and suddenly I was in a fairy tale. 5 stars, for the food and the enchanted pooper.

Update – been here many times since our first review. IT IS STILL AWESOME! This time we, again, had the gourmet meatloaf with their own custom bbq-saucy-ketchup-yummy-gravy. Top notch. Ribeye was VERY tasty, flavorful. The dessert was a peach, mango-something sorbet – absolutely AMAZING! We recommend reservations to ensure you get in. Menu changes often. GREAT FOOD. Great atmosphere. Great service. We are impressed. We had the gourmet baked macaroni-n-cheese as an appetizer and that would have been enough to satisfy our cravings but then we received our entrees. I had the salmon and my wife had the meatloaf – both were killer. This is our new go-to place for a nice dinner in Grants Pass. Prices were reasonable for finer dining.

I eat here often, this is an excellent resturaunt with perfectly cooked salmon. The fresh well prepared vegetables are most delicious and still have a nice crisp. Love the cream ale on tap, hard to find in most local bars. The chantilly cream is so creamy and light on sugar, sometimes better than the dessert itself. The pear pastry tart was the best dessert we have had here. Garlic mash is the best mashed potato in town. Everything is fresh and Jessica’s service is always polite and just the right balance of attentiveness. The owners are very friendly hard working people who prepare a well balanced meal. The atmosphere is calming and the music relaxing. The bathroom smells great and is always clean with cute feminine decor. I truly love the low lighting after a long day or week. Great for date nites, anniversary, and birthday dinners… or just a night we don’t want to cook. Carson will come out and deliver the food he has prepared on occasions when they are not too busy. I love that the chef checks to ask how everything tasted and assuredly if you ever have a critique they do not take it personal but adjust to satisfy. I am a hard to please foodie and would highly recommend trying this when you are in town!

First time trying Carson’s Bistro and I’m so happy I chose it for my 10th wedding anniversary. Delicious food and lovely service. I had the brisket and hubby had the meatloaf and we both had peanut butter pie for dessert. We’re definitely planning on going back to try other items!!!

You walk in and it is decorated romantic with dim lights. It’s not a large restaurant but I will say the best looking in Grants Pass. I didn’t get our waiters name Friday night 11/15/19 @ 5p.m. but I will say hands down the absolute best service I have ever had in this town. He knew the menu and what he liked and was able to recommend many great things. He waited on us like your suppose to. He kept our glasses full, plates cleared and checked on us all night to make sure we were good. He should go around and train the other waiters and waitresses in G.P. on food services 101. Kudos to him he was Marvelous. If that wasn’t enough the food was amazing. The seasoning was perfect and paired nicely with each dish. The homemade pasta is to die for the chef did an amazing menu. All 4 of us had something different and will say this was the best meal in G.P. The wine selection is the best in town. I was so excited they served Bordeaux which you don’t find often and it was the best I’ve had in a really longtime.
