Carsonie’s completely impressed me. From the moment I walked in, everything just felt welcoming. The waitress who helped us was incredibly nice, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience. She checked on us at the right times, was patient, and had a super friendly attitude that made the visit even better.
I ordered the original stromboli, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. It was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and honestly one of those meals you keep thinking about afterward because it was that good. The Italian fries were also amazing. They were crispy, seasoned really well, and paired perfectly with the stromboli.
Everything together made the whole meal feel special. The food was great, the service was great, and the whole atmosphere just made it a place I already know I’ll be coming back to. If you’re anywhere near the area, this is definitely a spot that’s worth stopping by.

Food came out very quick, was absolutely delicious, Staff was very nice. Prices were very affordable and reasonable for the amount of food you got.

First impressions were not great. The literal child that I assumed was the host made derogatory comments about my service dog in training. IN TRAINING being key information here. He was clearly marked as both. The dog was learning to deal with live music, which was nice here. He was just antsy and sniffing. Nothing major. They made my custom sandwich with zero issues. It was not terribly good tho. I’d probably come back and give it another shot.

Classic spaghetti and meatball is good, wedding soup is good, I also hear good things about the strombolis but I have not tried those personally yet. They’re infamous for a ton of sauce on certain dishes, usually like the baked ziti but recently was hard to chase my noodles in an ocean of sauce. My fiance got the Penne Fresco or some Penne Tomato based sauce dish and it tasted like bland pepper extract and not real red pepper. It was honestly unedible. BUT, usually our experiences here go well, seems to be a bit of a decline as of late but I’m not trying to say anything bad because we really do enjoy this place a majority of the time. Last years Carsonies was better than this years Carsonies so far.

We did take out here and only had to wait about 15 minutes. They were done exactly when they said they would be. They were friendly at the counter when we ordered. We stepped into the dine in to wait and the atmosphere seemed right up my alley- casual but elevated. I would definitely like to go again to dine in and have a drink or cannoli!

Food was great, sat on the patio which was very nice. Service was great. Pizza was very good. Baked ziti was amazing, sausage, pep and meatballs really were flavorful. Got the house salad and 2 other pasta dishes. Nutella Stromboli was very good. Great food and the patio was very nice.

Appetizers were fine. Only one salad out of three was served. Young server gave some excuse. Entrees came, still no salads. Server said kitchen was very busy and having problems. Had the lasagna. I make better at home. Not impressed. Don’t need to go back.

Very good pasta. Spaghetti was served a perfect al dente. Red sauce was tasty. Carsonie’s chicken was great, crunch on the outside, hot and juicy on the inside. I’m not usually a cream sauce pasta lover, but the white sauce was good, lighter and not too heavy. Service was great. See we was kind and helpful.

Carson was our waiter. He played on his phone across the dining room instead of attending to us on a Saturday night. My friend didn’t get her appetizer. My soup came out with my meal after he said he’d bring it first. My sandwich didn’t come with the cheese I asked for. He never came to check on us after others brought the food out for us. The only time he came back was to bring the check. He never said thank you. He was slow and not at all what a server should be. This was my first time at the restaurant and it was not a good experience at all. It was so crowded everyone kept bumping into the back of my chair as they walked by me. The wedding soup is good. The fish sandwich was just okay.
