Fun space with good people. Safe environment for families and singles alike. This spot represents a good combination of food, beverage and embiance for any sized group. The menu is massive with something for everyone for sure. There were tables filled with families and I am sure this would also be a good date spot for young people seeking a place to get to know each other. Also, this place is clearly SAFE and provides a great alternative to Rochester. Remember your social skills when you come to a Small Town. It’s still America at Carr’s.

Great small town bar – one of our favorites! My husband and I split nachos and The Gambler – a cook’s choice type of burger, never the same. It was so good, nicely cooked and came with a steak on top!

Stopped here on a road trip. Food was pretty good. I had the patty melt. My wife didn’t care for her chicken sandwich. The waitress was very good. Place was pretty busy for a super small town. It looks like it was a gas station/convenience store in the past.

Great service and food. Two of us got “The Gambler” burger. It’s the Chef’s choice to make whatever. All I asked was to make it rare. Both were completely different creations. Cooked perfectly and wow was it awesome.

Service has been going down hill for sometime. We go often, last evening our waitress should look for a job she can do. As a waitress she is BAD. French dip sandwich was served with COLD au jus – not warm but COLD. Could not find the waitress.

This is one of SE MN’s hidden gems. We went to support a local VFW Aux meat raffle that they promote on Sundays and heard the burgers were good. The burgers are not good, but GREAT. The burger patties are made fresh each day and the flavor really stands out. I rate them above Newts in Rochester. An added plus is the waffle fries. As a Coke connoisseur, I give their fountain Coke a 9. I need to go back and try other food on the menu but the burgers are amaziglng.
