Found myself driving back to LA from San Diego and had to stop off here because I heard some good things… Well the rumors are true !!! This place is just the right amount of busy, and what I mean by that is that there’s plenty of people coming in so the food is always coming out fresh, the Viet iced coffee hit the spot and I can’t wait to dig into these delicious banh mis!!

Perfect stop before the beach! Will definitely be coming here again as the prices are very reasonable and the sandwich was delicious. Also their mung bean milk tea was very good.

Quality has gone down. Banh mi itself was over-baked and the filling has been always either too dry or too saucy and salty. Found a chunk of unchewable pork floss in the banh mi today. The cuts are too thick, not bite size. Hope you guys can change that.

I really loved the crispy pork banh-mi while the SO had the classic combo. The crispy pork was so tasty, the crackling of the pork skin works so well with the pickled veggies.

Hole in the wall type place. Very busy and great food. Well worth it if you like Vietnamese food especially the sandwiches. Try the rocket shrimp!
