Yes, the hype is worth checking this place out! Tri tip sandwiches for my buddy and me. 5/5. Mr Carroll is one of the best humans I’ve ever spoken with. He’s amazing and this is an amazing local spot with a ton of history! I can’t wait to go back and try another because it was so good the first time around!

I live next door and never tried here before and I said you know what it’s time for me to order a sandwich here! Best sandwich ever! Made with love! Very cute little sandwich shop, my sandwich was made by Mr Carroll himself who was very sweet and made pleasant conversation while I paid. I got the tri-tip sandwich, which was more like a brisket sandwich but delicious none the less. If I lived closer I’d be here more often!

Friendly guys behind the counter. Judging from all the photos on the wall, they’ve been here for quite a long time. I got the tri-tip sandwich on a soft roll, which was really good. They also gave me a frequent buyers card on the way out. I’ll be back to try their other sandwiches.
