I love this place but for the price, I expect more than one little slice of bacon on my bagel. I waited 20 minutes which they were apologetic about and gave me free chips but when I got home I was disappointed when i looked at my sandwich

Don’t come here. The panini machine was broken, they were out of eggs, had not stocked the drink fridge and were shorting staff members on their tips. The food is passable but only for 1/4 the price they charge which are different on the app than they are in person. What was going to be a $18 chicken panini came out as a slightly toasted standard slice of wheat bread, undercooked bacon and a few slices of deli rotisserie chicken.

Probably the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I ordered a small “the oaky” with an extra shot of espresso which is a brown sugar latte with oatmilk. It had absolutely no flavor except milk. My husband also got a latte and it was bad too. For 2 lattes we paid $20. Super disappointing.

My family loves Carrington Oaks. They have the best breakfast burritos in the area. Very fresh and well made, and their muffins and pastries are great too. The staff goes out of their way to serve, an when something is wrong, they take care of it. Thank you!

This was a quaint local coffee house, great atmosphere! Not at all equipped for larger groups. There were 3 young ladies working. I ordered a small cold brew, plain, for $4.27, the lid was oversized, resulting in leaking. My son ordered a build your own sandwich. It was $9.40 for the base (bread and cheese), $5.15 for added turkey and an additional $4.22 for ham= $18.77 for a coffee shop sandwich. I questioned this and was told, “ that is correct, it’s just our system and there is nothing I can do.” Extremely over priced for just ok quality food.
