We are from Morgantown and we made a day trip to explore the Cheat River narrows and stopped here for water and a snack. We got the charcuterie board for 2. I was a little skeptical when I saw it came with baked beans and cole slaw but everything was delicious!! The flavors all went well together, the cheeses and crackers and grapes were delicious. The atmosphere was great, the old general store is a great, peaceful spot to enjoy some espresso and a treat.

I was visiting Rowlesburg for their 17th annual chestnut festival. While walking down Main St the historic building that Carrico’s is in caught my eye and I went to check it out. They have everything you can want there. Huge variety of drinks. Good music and a great atmosphere. I had their latte and it was delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend you visit here if you are in Rowlesburg.

Arrived at 4:20,was supposed to be open at 4:00. Not open, sign inside said open at 5pm. No updates to hours of operation on website. Called later at 5pm and still not open. Very poor way to run a business. Very unprofessional. Will not attempt to go there again.
