Dylan could not have been more helpful and lovely!! Portions here are HUGE, pasta is so delicious, and you get lots of free bread and a salad with every meal, which was also very nice. If i didn’t live 4000 miles away, this would be a favourite of mine for sure

Here’s a polished, easy-to-read version of your review that keeps your honest opinion and balanced tone:

I ordered the calamari as an appetizer and the lobster ravioli for my entrée ($25.99), which came with a choice of soup or salad—I chose the Caesar salad. I also had a few alcoholic beverages. They served complimentary bread as well, although I didn’t try it.

The lobster didn’t taste as fresh as I’m used to, and the sauce was just a bit salty for my preference. However, overall everything was still amazing and I had a great experience.

I sat at the bar with Regina, and she provided excellent service! She was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. I would definitely come back.

My family and I went to Carrabba’s on Geyser near the World Arena. The experience left us speechless! We were celebrating my niece’s birthday and had 7 people with us. Each staff member wished her a happy birthday. Our waitress, Stephanie, was just outstanding. She had a table with 10 customers right next to us and didn’t miss a beat. Every refill was provided almost before we could ask. My niece received an extra dessert to take home for her birthday. To the management at Carrabba’s, you would do well to copy and paste Stephanie as many times as possible and export her to each and every Carrabba’s in Colorado Springs. It was by far the best dining experience we have had.

I came in for lunch and it was pretty dead. They’re severely understaffed. One server/host and one person in the back of the house. Took a long time for my food to arrive and it was over seasoned. Unusual for Carrabba‘s they’re usually reliable.

We went to Carrabba’s tonight, and while we’ve historically had good food and service at this location, this visit was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was clearly very understaffed and could only seat about half of the dining room on a Friday night, which feels like poor management planning. Because of this, what should have been a relaxed dinner turned into an almost two-hour ordeal, our total time in the restaurant was 1 hour and 57 minutes.
When my food finally arrived, it looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. It was very dry and unappealing. The waitress did offer to have it remade, but after already waiting so long, the last thing I wanted was to extend the evening even further. On top of that, the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than usual. The calamari appetizer was significantly less than what we’ve received in the past, and my daughter’s mac and cheese barely amounted to a scoop. She’s six years old and still didn’t get enough to eat, ending up having to share my wife’s meal just to be full.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially given our positive history with this restaurant. We understand that staffing can be challenging, but the lack of preparation and its impact on food quality and portion sizes made this visit frustrating and not worth the wait.

Went to 2 different Carrabba’s and again I am posting because I don’t want any of our servers to miss out on how great they were to my husband and I. Jarren and Brian, what can I say. The best. They really took care of us and with a smile. Management, keep up the good work in hiring folks like these individuals. They deserve a raise.

The best service I ever had in any restaurants ever (considering my man is doing all service by himself when I visited, it was AMAZING)…food is delicious as always (they were out of tiramisu, so I should drop a star, but service made up for it than some)!

Note to self: Visit more often!

Waited 90 minutes for food and it wasnt very busy. Got the lunch portion of Pollo Rosa Maria- my favorite. Tiniest piece of chicken I’ve ever seen 2×3 inches. Gone in 5 small bites. This is my favorite restaurant and I go there to support it as Carrabas are hard to find. I will NEVER order the lunch portion again. HUGE portion of broccoli but at 70 years of age I am still hungry. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Mediocre at best. Definitely gives cafeteria food vibes. Whole pan of lasagna had less meat than a taco bell taco. Looks good, tasteless though. Do better Carrabas!

This establishment not many of them was the worst I’ve ever been in. We waited nearly 15 minutes for a seat. Someone came out and took payment from a gentleman looked at us gave us a crazy look and disappeared. We never got seated and therefore left. I will always encourage cannot visit this place. Seriously felt a bit that there was a racial profile against us. But whatever we ended up going to Old Chicago where we received wonderful hospitality and better food. Shame on you Carrabba’s!!!! I would have given a negative 1 if I could have.
