The atmosphere was very relaxing, with staff all around that was eager to help and was not pushy or trying to rush you to order at all. Our personal waitstaff included Kasawndra who was following Frank for training, they were both very kind and swift to bring out our food hot & fresh from the kitchen! Overall, warm food, friendly staff and great food!

Our waiter, Frank, was perfect.
Excellent service, if I could give him 10 stars I would. He was prompt, friendly, asked questions, provided extras like melted butter and a great smile. He truly is a fantastic server and should be recognized.

Tonight (Mar.27, 2025) was the Sangria Wine Night. 5 courses. Every course was fabulous and paired with a different version of sangria, all of which were amazing in their own right. We’ve been to several of these in the past and this one was one of, if not, the best ones we’ve done. To throw in a bonus, each person was given a raffle ticket and a variety of prizes were given away throughout the courses of the meal. To top it all off, for an additional $10, you can order a take home meal from almost anything on the menu and have another great meal for lunch or dinner the next day! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because they forgot my sides on the $10 carry out ☹️. If you want to enjoy marvelous food, try some different wines, and have a great time with friends, I highly recommend this wine pairing experience. In fact, there’s one coming in April of 2025. Check it out. You won’t go wrong. This review was NOT generated by AI and I have not been paid nor did I receive compensation for writing this review. -D

Stopped in Wichita on our way to Dallas after getting married. Arrived around 8:00pm so not crowded.

Service: Our gal was amazing! She was young, but one of the most customer focused, friendly ‘servers’ we’ve experienced in a long time. We travel a lot. She was consistently filling our cups, and checking to see if everything was good. At the end, when we needed a to-go box, she had listened we were traveling and gave us utensils, napkins and bread for our trip – without us asking!

Food: portions were adequate – gave us enough for another meal. Flavorful – not too much of a spice or too little. Extra alfredo sauce, which is always better than too little. Food to our table came piping hot, which is preferred, especially with alfredo and seafood.

Atmosphere: because we came in after the dinner rush, the ambiance was quieter. We were seated by a table that was watching YouTube extremely loud and talking louder than the video, but they left within 5 mins or so, then it was quiet.

Dessert: we were given an amazing dessert that melted in our mouths. Because our portions were so large, we took the cake to go also. Extremely rich.

I would highly recommend Wichita Carrabba’s to anyone! Maybe we got lucky? Thank you for making our stop as special as possible. We truly appreciated it.

Rebecca was an amazing waitress! We celebrated our 18th anniversary there with our kids. We have a few food allergies (gluten and dairy) and she was very thorough in making sure we were all good. Highly recommend!

We arrived at 5:00 and 6 groups were seated with many open seating. We were going to a concert and only had an hour .They had 10 servers. I’m not sure what is wrong with the Carrabba’s in Wichita but we hadn’t been there since last May which was another bad experience.

I am going to share both sides of this review. Months ago, my wife, my oldest, and I went here for dinner because we heard good things. When we arrived, there were plenty of tables and booths but told to wait. Finally we were seated. My wife told me there were no paper towels in the ladies restroom. Our food was overrated, my portion for what I paid was left to be desired. I was then told by our server that they had a group reservation coming in soon and pretty much rushed us out of the restaurant. Naturally I was unimpressed and spoke to the manager. Can’t recall her name but she was very understanding and was willing to send us gift cards for redemption from the experience we had.

Fast forward to 12/19/25 at 4:00pm. I did a call-in so that we wouldn’t have to wait, we (my parents and my family, 6 total) arrived promptly at 4pm. I’d be surprised if there were 10 customers there. We placed our orders, server was much nicer that the one prior, 4:30, have yet to receive our entrees. 4:45pm, we finally receive our meals. Remember, this place was dead and we waited this long. The couple that came in after us got their food before we did. The server finally explained that they were working on a catering order. For our troubles, the gave my parents free desserts and they took 15% off our total bill. Can’t say I was impressed with the chicken parm.

Listen, if you come here, just be ready for anything. We will never return. Maybe place a to-go order if I were you, or better yet, go to Olive Garden. I’m surprised this place is still in business. Dine at your own risk.

Dillon is truly an exceptional waiter. He kindly informed us about a special Valentine’s menu, which we had not been made aware of previously. The young lady who seated us unfortunately did not mention this menu at the outset. We are very grateful to Dillon for bringing this special offering to our attention. His communication was excellent, and his service was both great and very helpful.

The meal was merely satisfactory, to be frank. It has been several years since my last visit, and I had anticipated a more exceptional dining experience. I ordered the salmon, and while some appreciate a grilled, smoky flavor, I found this particular dish to be rather unremarkable. It certainly could have benefited from additional seasoning. The asparagus, however, was quite delicious and possessed more flavor than the salmon. The fried calamari was overly peppery, and its appearance suggested it could have been fried a bit longer for improved visual appeal, as presentation is often the first impression. The Caesar salad was also quite good, though I found the dressing to be applied a bit too generously. I would recommend requesting the dressing on the side if you prefer a less heavily dressed salad. My partner ordered the chicken Bryan, which, to me, had an unusual appearance. He stated that it tasted acceptable, and I accepted his assessment. I even found myself using his Alfredo sauce to enhance the flavor of my salmon.

Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience. Would I choose to return? Perhaps, perhaps not. The waiter was quite pleasant, and we thoroughly enjoyed his story. May you be blessed on your journey, sir, and please take care.

Johnny Carrabba’s did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. But the real star of the night? Frank, our server. This guy was on top of everything—friendly, attentive, and knew exactly when to check in without hovering. His recommendations were spot on, and you could tell he genuinely wanted us to have a great experience.

The food? Incredible. Every bite was full of flavor, and we left absolutely stuffed (but still somehow managed to make room for dessert). If you’re looking for a place with great food and even better service, this is it. Ask for Frank—you won’t regret it!

Aidan was our bartender and server and did a fantastic job. Our drinks were perfect even though he disclosed he was new to the bar. Everything was great, I had the Branzino and it was amazing and my wife enjoyed her steak and pasta. It was our son’s birthday and he brought us a complimentary dessert without all the attention…. Singing etc. Aidan was awesome. Music was perfect selection of jazz to add to a fine experience.
