Excellent service, if I could give him 10 stars I would. He was prompt, friendly, asked questions, provided extras like melted butter and a great smile. He truly is a fantastic server and should be recognized.
Service: Our gal was amazing! She was young, but one of the most customer focused, friendly ‘servers’ we’ve experienced in a long time. We travel a lot. She was consistently filling our cups, and checking to see if everything was good. At the end, when we needed a to-go box, she had listened we were traveling and gave us utensils, napkins and bread for our trip – without us asking!
Food: portions were adequate – gave us enough for another meal. Flavorful – not too much of a spice or too little. Extra alfredo sauce, which is always better than too little. Food to our table came piping hot, which is preferred, especially with alfredo and seafood.
Atmosphere: because we came in after the dinner rush, the ambiance was quieter. We were seated by a table that was watching YouTube extremely loud and talking louder than the video, but they left within 5 mins or so, then it was quiet.
Dessert: we were given an amazing dessert that melted in our mouths. Because our portions were so large, we took the cake to go also. Extremely rich.
I would highly recommend Wichita Carrabba’s to anyone! Maybe we got lucky? Thank you for making our stop as special as possible. We truly appreciated it.
Fast forward to 12/19/25 at 4:00pm. I did a call-in so that we wouldn’t have to wait, we (my parents and my family, 6 total) arrived promptly at 4pm. I’d be surprised if there were 10 customers there. We placed our orders, server was much nicer that the one prior, 4:30, have yet to receive our entrees. 4:45pm, we finally receive our meals. Remember, this place was dead and we waited this long. The couple that came in after us got their food before we did. The server finally explained that they were working on a catering order. For our troubles, the gave my parents free desserts and they took 15% off our total bill. Can’t say I was impressed with the chicken parm.
Listen, if you come here, just be ready for anything. We will never return. Maybe place a to-go order if I were you, or better yet, go to Olive Garden. I’m surprised this place is still in business. Dine at your own risk.
The meal was merely satisfactory, to be frank. It has been several years since my last visit, and I had anticipated a more exceptional dining experience. I ordered the salmon, and while some appreciate a grilled, smoky flavor, I found this particular dish to be rather unremarkable. It certainly could have benefited from additional seasoning. The asparagus, however, was quite delicious and possessed more flavor than the salmon. The fried calamari was overly peppery, and its appearance suggested it could have been fried a bit longer for improved visual appeal, as presentation is often the first impression. The Caesar salad was also quite good, though I found the dressing to be applied a bit too generously. I would recommend requesting the dressing on the side if you prefer a less heavily dressed salad. My partner ordered the chicken Bryan, which, to me, had an unusual appearance. He stated that it tasted acceptable, and I accepted his assessment. I even found myself using his Alfredo sauce to enhance the flavor of my salmon.
Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience. Would I choose to return? Perhaps, perhaps not. The waiter was quite pleasant, and we thoroughly enjoyed his story. May you be blessed on your journey, sir, and please take care.
The food? Incredible. Every bite was full of flavor, and we left absolutely stuffed (but still somehow managed to make room for dessert). If you’re looking for a place with great food and even better service, this is it. Ask for Frank—you won’t regret it!
