This restaurant used to be a real treat to eat at. It saddens me that this is no longer the case.

I’ll start by saying that our hostess and the general atmosphere of the restaurant were both very good. Our seating was comfortable. The lightning was just right. The decor was interesting but no distracting. The experience started off on track to be great. Where things took a turn for the worse was when our server got involved.

Our server was wholly unmotivated and inattentive. It was an exercise in frustration to get a drink refilled. Our bread was fresh and tasty, but it was sadly the highlight of our meal.

Every part of the meal was lacking. The salad was too light on dressing. The soup had no seasoning in it or at least not enough to taste. I felt like I was eating straight vegetable broth with a few chicken chunks in it. The meatballs were dry and cold in the middle. The only non-bread item that was enjoyable was the stuffed mushrooms. Even the tiramasu was disappointing. The whole slice was completely saturated into one cohesive mush. There was no texture contrast at all, not even the slight crunch from the lady fingers.

I hate to say this about this place because I remember how much I enjoyed it years ago, but I cannot recommend it anymore. It is going to be quite some time before I’ll try it again. There obviously are management issues to address and standards that need to be raised.

We had a great experience on Sunday celebrating my mom’s 70th. They were able to accommodate our party of about 30 people. The service, food and atmosphere were wonderful. We had a great time thanks to your awesome staff!

I was dining with my wife yesterday and all was well. Food was delicious, server was a bit serious, but other than that well. However, on my way out, I saw an interaction between a young lady and a manager. The manager did not look the part to be one since she was not wearing proper uniform just to mention. Considering my perspective, it looked like a random customer, but finding out it was a manager was horrid. She was publicly humiliating and yelling at the girl. I only caught a glimpse as did my wife, but what a terrible sight! I do not know what occurred, but I know it was poor professionalism on the manager part. What a horrible experience it must’ve been for that poor girl! She walked out soon after us and saw her in tears. What a horrible establishment if it’s causing customers to react in a way! Will not be dining back here anytime soon.

We had a group of 30 for my mother’s birthday, including young children. VICTOR and STEPHANIE handled my demanding and picky family like champs. The food all came out perfect and within 20 mins of ordering. Thank you Ben for making sure we had the best service.

I originally gave this place 5 stars a year ago. It has since change. The last time I ordered online. This time we ate in and I found out my fav Linguine Pescatore was no longer on the menu. But the greeter who sat us down (she was also bussing tables) to our waiter Zac, they were phenomenal. Drinks were good and our crab cakes came out with the food. The lentil and sausage soup was too spicy and the chicken soup was tasty. But our pastas on both dishes were severally overcooked. It was like the way I cooked them at home. Not to mention my wife had a fake green in her pasta. She barely ate hers and I forced mine down. I got the branzino fish and it was ok. I don’t want to drive 40 min and pay $112 for overcooked pasta again so this may be a no go for me.

We typically LOVE Carrabba’s; last night was not a winning night for them, though. It has been our go-to restaurant for over 30 years… we used to live only minutes from the test kitchen in Land O’Lakes, FL and we were frequent visitors (think a visit each week). A few years ago we moved to a city and state that doesn’t have a Carrabba’s, so when we drive into Memphis (1.5 hours away), we eagerly anticipate a visit to this Carrabba’s.

The service: We were seated next to a large party (I counted 25 at one point and they were still arriving) that took the entire length of the left dinning room. Our table was so packed in that the back of the chairs for that party were hitting the side of our table. What is worse is that Carrabba’s didn’t assign a designated server and we were sharing one. She did her best, but our service was lacking. While she was taking their orders our tea glasses got empty snd stayed empty for a long time. We had asked for another loaf of bread and it never came. At one point, we called over the host and asked him to get refills for us. Overall, the party of 30-ish(?) understandably kept her so busy, that she wasn’t able to check on us. Let me be clear here…the service issue was NOT the server’s fault, but was management’s! There should have been an assigned server (maybe two!) for that table. Given the way it was handled, management should have been hovering offering assistance. We never saw a manager!

Our food: Our food came out so quickly that we had no opportunity to enjoy one course before the next one arrived. My perception is they were trying to ensure our food got out before the large party’s. A nice gesture, but made for a very rushed meal. My son’s and husband’s meals were good, but my chicken parmesan should never have been served to me. The cheese on the top was so burned that I had to just pull it off and eat the chicken without it. One piece had been pretty badly singed on the bottom. I would have sent it back, but our server was still taking the large party’s orders and they were taking their time. And … management was nowhere to be found.

Overall, this was not a good night for Carrabba’s. We will be back, because (as I said) we typically enjoy the brand. I was very disappointed though in this visit! The next time they plan for a party of 30, they should not cram in other tables around them; the large party should have a designated server(s); and management should be visible.

we come here often and never had an issue, until we came to dine in last night and we were sat at a both that was very obviously not cleaned. oil still on table, liquid spilled all over the ground under the table, forks, knives, and napkins all underneath the table for you to see right as you are walking up and could feel as you sat down. once our waitress came to the table we asked if it could be swept and table wiped off and she said ok and walked off. i notice a few moments later when i look up 4+ workers at the host stand are staring right at us talking about it. it felt really uncomfortable. a few minutes go by and a host comes by and doesn’t clean it, instead she just moves us to another table, which still wasn’t very clean. another 10 or so minutes go by and the original table we were sat at was reseated STILL without being cleaned. our server ended up being really nice and the food was pretty good. however the cleanliness definitely needs to be looked at. they weren’t very busy when we came and there was plenty of staff standing around that could’ve tried a little harder. i wouldn’t normally leave a bad review, but the whole time felt very uncomfortable from the uncleanliness to the staff seemingly talking about us.

I had a very disappointing experience at Carrabba’s Italian Grill. I only ordered two side dishes, not even a full meal, but I ended up waiting about 45 minutes and still didn’t receive my order.

When I asked the cashier, they kept saying it would be “another 10 minutes” because the kitchen was behind. This happened multiple times. If they had informed me while placing the order that it would take close to an hour, I would have simply canceled it.

Waiting that long for just two sides with no clear communication is very frustrating. I hope they improve their order management and give customers honest wait times in the future.

We always enjoy the food. This location was not busy during lunch but we did notice we had to wait quite a bit for them to clear out a large table. It seemed that they were low on staff, which I know our server couldn’t help.

The place was pretty clean, the food was great!!! Just wish the host staff could have been more helpful for clearing tables and assisting the servers. I’m quite sure we sat for a solid 10 min just waiting for our server to get our order.

Steak marsala sandwich was nothing but mushrooms and sauce. I had to look to see if I only got a mushroom sandwich. Very sad, if I had three small pieces of meat that would be one too many. Love Carrabba’ s but that’s the last sandwich I will never try.
