Poor the seating it was terrible, I was sat at the back next to the kitchen, there was also where the staff put dishes or something. I lost count how many times my booth was bumped. Right behind my head the staff could looking over me and my personal affairs. The smell was weird uncomfortable. I looked around no other seating this was there best wow for one person. It all started when I decided to go have an early dinner after a long day of appointments and fasting. Carrabba’s can’t go wrong. I opted for them instead of olive garden because I thought they were a step ahead. I was wrong big time. The appetizer mussels were salty and lemon flavor, this was suppose to be a garlic wine lemon butter sauce. I also found a few lemon seeds to top it all off no flavors just poor taste. The martini was great, even though it was spilled all over my glass and table. Next main course the grill shrimp pasta with tomatoes and garlic. Huge disappointment blend, tasteless no spice it was a nightmare. The casear salad was good the bread plain dough. Overall will not recommend. I was offered a free dessert I turned it down because I was beyond the let down, and lost all appetite plus I didn’t want to be extra disappointed. Everything was removed from my bill except the martini, however they will never get my presence in any of their other establishment.

Our second time at a Carrabbas but first at this location. Service was good, bread was delicious and came out hot. My wine was over priced but my husband’s beer was a great deal! His salad was soggy and over dressed and my chicken soup was 98% broth. Our main courses were amazing and delicious with no complaints. Not a perfect performance but we would return for an encore.

My family and I stopped in tonight simply because we were staying in the hotel across the street, and I am very glad that we did! This was our first time eating at a Carrabba’s and I didn’t know what to expect. I love this place! The food was amazing, well crafted and very tasty, But truly what set it apart was the service. We were served by Caleb M, and he was great! Friendly, attentive, polite, everything you want from a professional. After a hard week of travel, it was very nice to have such a pleaonight out with my family.

Everything was splendid! The food was very tasteful, there was enough for left overs which was also still good two days later. My family and I had a great time. Kelsey was amazing! Was very attentive and also knew how to make the table laugh. Will definitely look forward to seeing her again for our next visit.

First time at Carrabba’s. Not bad. Very nice decor. The ambiance was nice and relaxing. Juan our waiter was awesome. Not the most informative but still great. He checked on us occasionally without being intrusive. Very helpful during our dinner. Would definitely go back and encourage others to try it. If you join in on their rewards program or have it already (dine rewards) you get a free lasagna. That promotion may be over I’m not sure how long it lasts/lasted but it’s definitely worth a visit promotion or not.

The tabel and dishwear was dirty when we were sat. Our waiter was a beautiful person! The food came out cold but the flavor was great! Overall the food was well worth it. They can improve by getting better at the logistics.

Worst take out we have had from this location. I understand quality everywhere has gone down since covid, this location included, but our food last night was awful. We stopped going to olive garden, both inside and take out due quality, and olive garden was leaps and bounds ahead of the garbage we were served last night from carrabba’s. It was cold, despite being ahead of our pick up time. It was nothing but salt and grease. Wilted lettuce, significantly reduced portions. My steak was rare, which I love (the only good point), but my daughter’s well done steak was medium rare at best. The lady who brought the food out to the car was pleasant, as usual. My review is not meant to bash the hard working staff. This is an absolute reflection on management. There is clearly a management issue. There is no quality control being done. As a business owner and investor, I would be looking to make serious changes. Your costs are not going down and your quality should never go down. Provide a better quality product and show that you respect your customers, who are the reason you have a job and business. This is not the first time this has happened. Both times have been post covid but this time was the worst. We are just about done eating out.
