Even though this restaurant is a chain , everything about our experience was perfect. We were seated immediately at mid afternoon. The ambiance was nice with soft jazz and 1940s music. Fresh Italian bread to dip in olive oil and herbs. Yum. Italian salad fresh and delicious. The main dishes were huge and so tasty. Tiramisu soaked in rum topped with chocolate shavings to die for. Will definitely be coming again.

First of all, when going to a chain restaurant, I don’t usually have high expectations. This place about met those expectations. They aren’t terrible, but they aren’t really good either. For the same prices you can get way better Italian. The complimentary bread was undercooked, but the dipping herbs with olive oil was good. We ordered calamari as our appetizer, and the calamari itself was ok, but the marinara sauce was really good, so it made it better. Neither I nor my husband liked the other spicy lemon sauce that came with it. I ordered the Mezzaluna and didn’t really like it. I did enjoy the Cesar salad that came with it. My husband ordered the Linguine Positano with chicken, and his was much better! I had some of his chicken, and if I ever return, that will def be what I order! Overall, it’s a nice place, good for date night, and our server was very nice and attentive.

Every single time I’ve come to eat here, I have an amazing experience. I always say that Carabbas is my favorite chain of Italian restaurant! But last time I went about a week ago, I had an amazing server by the name of Jackie. She was just PERFECT. I said I needed to be out quickly for a dr’s appointment & she made sure that I had my check ready to go. I couldn’t think of a single minuscule complaint. While eating, I noticed another table, tell her that she was a five star server as well.

Excellent Customer Service Experience. The food was Amazing perfectly seasoned the ribeye was Juicy, the Piña Colada was creamy and I really enjoyed the mozzarella sticks!

I have eaten here in the past 10 years, several times and I am under the impression that there is new ownership or some current renovation recently completed. The appetizers, the cocktail (blackberry sangria, is sweet) and the Caesar salad were all very good. Unfortunately, my entree, Chicken picatta was not what I expected.

Had been sick had hardly ate anything. Wife took me to Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Are and never got sick. Food was glorious! Can’t wait to feed off leftovers tonight! Wait staff was so helpful and kind. Prices were way lower than I thought. We will be coming back!

It was our 1st time here and we loved it! Service was A+! Meagan was very friendly and attentive to all our family’s needs. I came specifically for the lasagna, which they didn’t have but they gave me an alternative that was delicious! Sangrias we’re sweet and strong. Overall an awesome experience! Will definitely return. Highly recommend!

My experience on Friday was beyond satisfactory!!! I had such a pleasant encounter with Chelsea, who was working behind the bar. Chelsea went up and beyond to make sure my needs are catered to. She recommended the Chicken Marsala and Lentil Soup. That was a superb recommendation and I consumed my meal along with Chelsea’s tasty Pomegranate Martini. Excellent Experience and Outstanding Service! Thank you Chelsea!!!

Steak was cold and over cooked. Ordered medium rare and received well done. Sent it back and didn’t get the replacement until after everyone else in the party was done eating. I understand that sometimes the cook isn’t right, but it seemed that the server could care less. When he brought the plate as everyone else was done, the attitude was “oh well”. No apology, no offer for discount, barely made the effort to get a to go container. This is the 3rd time I’ve had less than pleasurable experience at Carrabba’s.
