My wife and I attended the Carrabba’s Italian Grill wine dinner featuring Caymus Vineyards, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. This was far more than just a dinner—it was a masterful showcase of exceptional wine pairing and culinary excellence.
The menu was spectacular, but the wood-grilled filet topped with Gorgonzola and Calabrian Shrimp was, without a doubt, the star of the show. The steak was perfectly cooked, the Gorgonzola offered a beautiful, sharp richness, and the Calabrian chili heat in the shrimp provided an exciting, authentic Italian kick that elevated the entire dish. Each course was expertly designed to complement the Caymus selections, making the pairings sing.
The entire staff deserves immense praise for making the evening flawless. Our server, Caiden, was great. And a special thanks to our host, Ashley, who ensured every guest felt welcomed and handled the flow of the large event with grace and efficiency.
Congratulations to the entire Carrabba’s team! This event set an incredibly high bar for future wine dinners. We can’t wait to attend the next one!

Food was tasty but portion sizes are quite small for the price. They don’t have many vegetarian choices so I opted to get some sides instead. I paid almost $5 for about 8 oz of mashed potatoes, almost $6 for a tiny amount of rosemary Parmesan fries, and over $7 for about 4 tablespoons of fettuccine Alfredo. My husband got the chicken Bryan entree, which he said was pretty good, for $26, and the portion size was also on the smaller side. I quite liked the sauce that came with the fries and the garlic mashed potatoes (even though I found a hair in them halfway through eating them).

My husband and I were both very pleasantly surprised by Wine Dinner. The atmosphere, service, and above all the food was delicious. The night we were there, on the menu were things that I normally wouldn’t order and they were great! And we also won two of the raffles. They do wine dinners twice a month, and I had never heard of them before, but we will be back!

Carrabba’s wine dinners are truly amazing. This is our 4th monthly dinner since we learned about them. Ashley is a Master of ceremonies, she has the best team and makes these events special. We have already signed up led up for the next two wine dinners.

Nice Valentine’s dinner! Didn’t want to go to the fancy restaurants and fight the crowds. So, we decided to go on the 12th and have some good Italian food, as we are both Italian! We had a wonderful four course dinner. Everything was very well prepared and we had a very enjoyable evening. It was made especially nice because our server, Reagan, was just exceptional. She said she had only been working there for 2 days, but you could tell that she had a lot of experience!
We have done one or two of the Carrabba’s wine dinners and so thought that this Valentine’s dinner would be very nice as well. Well done Carrabba’s!

Food was okay. Penne was a bit spicy. He enjoyed the weezie. We went again this past Friday night with another couple. I didn’t take pictures but sirloin was delicious he said the pasta with meat was also delicious. More penne and weezie was also ordered.

First time trying Carrabba’s. The food was pretty good. I had chicken & penne. The chicken needed more flavor & was slightly dry, but it was hot & the portion was a nice size. Our server was attentive & the main courses came out quickly.

Carrabba’s had always been hit or miss. I have tried to like this place, visit at different times and always give the benefit of the doubt.
This Carrabba’s is not bad but not anything to write home about. Drinks are pricey and small….not very potent. I ordered a margarita. One bartender fixed it average….the 2nd bartender knocked it out of the park.
I ordered the grilled chicken and veggies. The chicken, I swear, was processed. It was played as a heart shaped breast. It didn’t taste fresh. I’ve have frozen grilled breasts in my air fryer better. Broccoli was good. Food was hot and served quickly.
Service was decent at the bar. No complaints. Nothing over the top but average.
