Sade was AMAZING! We had so much fun with her. We came in late and she was respectful, brought us our wine and dessert, and let us stay as long as we needed. 10/10 would come back not just for carrabbas but for Sade’s great service.

Last minute stopped in and they were able to accommodate 8 people in a timely manner on a Saturday night. Every dish was delish and our party had a great time. We will be back for sure!

We had such a wonderful dinner at Carrabba’s! The food was absolutely delicious, but what made the whole experience unforgettable was our server, Kacey. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel so welcome and cared for. She was attentive the entire time, always checking in with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed, without ever making us feel rushed.
Her kindness and positive energy turned a simple dinner into something special. Honestly, her service was a true 10/10. We left so happy and can’t wait to come back. If you go to Carrabba’s, definitely ask for Kacey — she’s amazing!

I ordered Doordash. The food came within a respectable time. Dasher was great. Food, on the other hand… Y’all took, “just add water” too far. I ordered the Alfredo and it’s like Alfredo flavored water on overcooked pasta. I love Carrabba’s, but this was literally not worth the calories, let alone the money. Jesus, do better.

We visited with a party of seven and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Several dishes arrived cold — the Chicken Bryan and the lobster ravioli were both ice cold when served. In addition, one person in our group didn’t receive her meal until about 10 minutes after everyone else had already been served.
The service was also frustrating. Our server (Kayla with blonde hair) seemed visibly annoyed when a few members of our group asked the same question more than once and responded in a snippy manner. At times when we tried to get her attention for assistance, she walked by our table without acknowledging us. We also asked for lemons for our water and a second round of bread and oil, which she said she would bring but never did.
Later, when we ordered some dinners to go, we discovered there was no dressing included with the salads. The server also never asked if we wanted dessert before bringing the check.
Overall, the food temperature, service attitude, and lack of follow-through made the experience disappointing for our group. We were hoping for a much better experience.

The food here is top notch! We live closer to the location on US41, but much prefer to come to the location in Gulf Coast Town Center. The owner is beyond kind and accommodating and the staff are amazing. I 10/10 recommend Carrabba’s!!

This is a fantastic Carrabba’s. We are long time fans of Carrabba’s and this one is elite. The decor and atmosphere is very upscale. They had options to sit on the patio and it was very nice out there. The drinks were around $10 which was great. We got zucchini fritte and chicken Bryan. Drinks were espresso martini and chocolate martini. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. The bathrooms here are clean. For a Friday evening at 6:30pm it wasn’t swamped here so we walked right in and were able to be seated.

I really wanted pasta and mushrooms today. Spent over $50 and I am extremely disappointed in the mushrooms. I wonder what the big container was for..it looks nothing like the menu and they are super dry. I’m still craving mushrooms..after a half bite, they were tossed in the trash.

The hostess created us as soon as we walked in and immediately sat us at a booth. Our waiter, Lucas, was great, despite a busy night he checked on us frequently and was very efficient. We had just taken someone to RSW, and decided dinner was a better choice than heavy traffic on I -75. We have eaten at several Carrabbas and have never been disappointed.
