The Merritt Island Carrabba’s has been a staple of the community for many years. You could always go and expect quality food in a timely manner. Friendly staff and a cozy restaurant. There’s never really too much of a weight but sometimes it’s busy so don’t get mad if you have to. They have a great selection of wine. 10 out of 10.

I’ve been here many times and usually like it, but this visit was terrible. Our server, a young Black woman, was very unprofessional and unhygienic !!! on her phone, picking at her eyes, biting her nails, and wearing dirty clothes. She took forever to take our orders and bring the check, and honestly made me lose my appetite when she served our food. On top of that, the food was disappointing!!my daughter’s spaghetti and the chicken Marsala were burnt. Very unhappy with this experience.

I am so impressed with the service and dedication to customer satisfaction at this location! I ordered dinner through a third-party service, and when there was an issue with the delivery, I called to check and see if my order was packed correctly before disputing it through the vendor. Each person I talked to was professional and courteous, and the manager was really kind and handled the situation with grace. Even though the issue was not Carrabba’s fault, they stepped in to make sure that I had a good experience and ensure that I got the right order which was fresh and tasty. Next time I get delivery, I will order directly through the Carrabba‘s website. I didn’t know that was an option, but definitely want to continue giving this location my business. ☺️

Not really sure what has happened to the “mighty m.i.” but this Carrabba’s has fallen way off. We were greeted promptly by a server then after she began taking out order another server approached her said something to her and she walked away. The second server approached our table saying ” the other server stole her table” she finished taking our order and we then told us her name was Sophia. It was definitely a very interesting way to greet a table to say the least. After returning to our table with our drinks she proceeded to spill our sangria on the table while pouring it. 10 minutes go by and a manager comes by explaining they are out of lasagne. I’m pretty sure that isn’t supposed to happen. But we ordered something else. Our food came out quickly and was absolutely perfect. But our drinks remained empty and our table full of dirty dishes even after explaining to Sophia that we were done with them. We had to ask several times for our drinks bro be refilled and to get our check. She seemed more preoccupied with a large party in the corner than taking care of us. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants especially since we live just down the street. We’ll be going to suntree for any future visits to Carrabba’s.

We visited this Carrabba’s location for a special occasion and had a great experience!
Our waitress did an incredible job catering to us and ensured we had exactly the type of meal we were looking for (even asking about the timing of bringing the dishes out based on our timeline and eating pace).
We enjoyed several delicious appetizers (the Four-Cheese & Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms were to die for), and everyone enjoyed their meal. I’d gladly get their Salmon Capperi again!
The portions sizes were generous enough that I had to ask for a take-home box! Will happily visit again in the future. Thank you for the great experience.

We got seated quickly, the rosemary bread is warm and delicious, the plates are a big size, and you can always expect consistency in their flavors and service. A great date night spot! We headed to the beach afterwards to walk off being full. The staff was so polite and we had great service.

We had such a wonderful experience at Carrabba’s tonight! Everything from start to finish was excellent — the food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly timed, but the real standout was our server, Folade. She was absolutely exceptional!! She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made great recommendations. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. We left feeling so taken care of. Our server Folade was great! She helped make our date night, she let us know about the specials for the night as well as the $10 take home deal. She was extremely prompt and nice! Food was fantastic, the spaghetti is always a favorite here.

Went to Carrabbas today. Britney was my server and she was awesome. Service was great. Food was brought out in a timely manner. She anticipated my needs and went above and beyond. The food was hot and delicious. I sat in the bar area. Highly recommend.

My family and I really loved this food and experience. Highly recommend! Also we got there late after the high school graduation and they were still nice enough to stay over a little and serve us since there was already a big table that was still getting their order.
