Food was ok. Not what we would order again. I had the shrimp and filet fettuccine, spinach and mushroom. Was ok. Not over the top like usual. The steak was just ok. Not a top 10. Service made up for the shortcomings on the food. She was very attentive and helpful. Noisy dated environment. Could use a remodel.

I came to visit Carrabba‘s in Plant city Florida, and I had a server by the name of keilah . This server was excellent. She was very kind and courteous and very attentive to any in all of my needs. Everything came out beautifully, nice and hot and she was just wonderful with me. Always smiling asking me if I needed anything else. She was an amazing server. The prices are right here. The food is delicious and this place is extremely clean. The entire staff is warm and friendly.I 100% recommend this location of Carrabba’s in Plant city Florida. Thank you again Keilah For your service, you truly are amazing.

service was great, our server was super kind and attentive! the food, though, was kinda disappointing. a good third of my steak was fatty/underdone. the “steamed broccoli” looked sad, and the rosemary parmesan fries felt lazy; almost like they just sprinkled the seasoning on (which you have to pay extra for btw). nothing was terrible, but for the price point, it definitely wasn’t memorable either.

Absolutely disgusting food. Even my 9 year old said that the men cooking needed to shave their heads. Sent her first plate back after finding a hair. Overall, the food was just nasty taste wise. Out of six of my family members, only one finished their meal. Just one. How was it so nasty?! Carrabbas is usually delicious. Not this location though. (Insert a million vomit emojis!)

My initial visit to this establishment presented several areas for improvement. Upon entering, the host’s demeanor was perceived as unprofessional. When inquiring about the takeout area, I was not provided with adequate assistance, and upon reaching the designated area, no staff member was present. This resulted in some confusion. The host could have contacted the appropriate staff member. Eventually, a gentleman offered assistance, though he had difficulty with my name. The cleanliness of the floors was also a concern. The space felt cramped, and the overall environment did not align with the expectations of a restaurant. While waiting for my order, I received assistance from a staff member, who handled my order efficiently. However, the young man who delivered my food displayed a disrespectful attitude. Considering these negative experiences, I will not be returning to this location. This initial visit left a negative impression.ill see how the other location is before going to this location trust God bless.

The Italian-style cuisine was quite enjoyable, especially considering it’s a chain restaurant. I particularly liked the chicken Bryan (apologies if the spelling is incorrect), their chicken soup, and a Manhattan. Everything was delightful, and the staff was very friendly. This establishment is a good choice for a satisfying and reasonably priced meal while traveling.

Elisa E was amazing. I came in just 15 minutes before closing, and she was incredibly considerate and kind. She’s a perfect example of what a great server should be. Welcoming, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. She made me feel comfortable and taken care of, and her friendliness really stood out.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. The calamari was delicious. The fried ravioli was also really good but not enough filling. The chicken strips in the linguine Positano were so moist and perfectly cooked. The salmon was very good. Friend did complain the chicken was over-seasoned in the Marsala. The seasonal peanut butter and chocolate mousse dessert was good but not great.
