We hadn’t dined at Carrabba’s in several years and decided to stop by for my wife’s birthday. We were seated immediately and greeted promptly by our server Natalie. I forgot how nice and relaxing the restaurant was inside. Carrabbas has a very nice menu. We had a couple of appetizers and shared an entree. Natalie was an outstanding and attentive server. The pace of the evening was perfect and she made sure we always had what we needed. The food was outstanding and the manager checked on us as well . We are already planning our next visit.

I don’t normally leave reviews for large chain restaurants, but this experience absolutely deserved one. This was hands-down the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant.
This was at the Carrabba’s Gateway location in Orlando, and the service was truly exceptional. Maria was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — but what really impressed me was how the entire team worked together seamlessly.
Maria took our order and checked in at just the right times. Another server brought our drinks and proactively kept refills coming without us ever having to ask. A third server delivered our salads and entrées, and the manager also stopped by to make sure everything was perfect.
The whole experience felt completely in sync. No hovering, no waiting, no missed details — just outstanding teamwork and timing. Attentive without being overbearing, efficient without feeling rushed. Truly exceptional service.
Well done to Maria and the entire team at the Gateway location. This is how it should be done.

First people to sit at the chefs table in 6 years and it was a wonderful time. Manager Steve was so friendly (GO GREEN GO WHITE), Tyler cooked some great classic Alfredo and Anthony provided great service. Definitely recommend

I had the Chicken Bryan and it wasn’t as good as I’ve had before. The mashed potatoes were really runny. However, our server Savannah was amazing. She gave us a dessert to make up for it. She was so friendly and quick to serve us. The bread was delicious. My salad was delicious. I feel Carrabbas is a bit expensive and so we don’t go very often so it’s a little disappointing when you go and your favorite dish isn’t that great but at least they made up for it and I’ll definitely come back and try again.

Went for lunch. Service was exceptional. Drinks refilled quickly, and food arrived fast. Food was delicious. Had the shrimp, and scallop pasta. Spicy sausage lentil soup, and tiramisu. Everything was prepared well, hot and delicious. Prices are acceptable. 5 stars.

I was not pleased with my lunch outing here. I LOVE Caesar salad, but this was the worst I’ve ever seen and had. I actually had to send it back due to half of the lettuce pieces having brown and spots. The presentation was something I could have done with a bag of lettuce in my own home. I’m not even sure it was a real Caesar salad at this point. I did request another salad, which appeared better than the last but still disappointing. On top of that, my server did a better job conversing with co-workers, and an older gentleman who appeared to be the owner, than being attentive to my table; I spent more time waiting for her discussions to finish.
I’d been wanting to try branzino for quite some time now and was delighted to see it on the limited menu cooked with a lemon butter sauce (the way I like it). And it did not disappoint one bit, it was perfectly done. However, I also ordered the risotto, which was mostly cold. Who gives cold sides?! I didn’t bother sending it back because at that point, I was ready to pack up and go. I will definitely return for the meal but not at this location.

Steven and Natalie at Gateway Orlando location have become my favorite people. The food and service are 10/10. They both create such a fun and friendly atmosphere that have a us coming back monthly for each wine dinner event. We feel at home every time we walk through the doors!

My grandson has Celiac disease, so it’s important to find places where he can eat safely. Carrabba’s has clearly marked Gluten-free options on the menu, and they will make their pasta dishes with Gluten-free pasta.
Everything was delicious, Gluten-freeor not. We stayed at a hotel nearby and ate at Carrabba’s twice. They gave us the hotel discount both times, even when I forgot to mention it the second time. The only problem we had was not being able to finish the huge dinners and not having any way to take home the leftovers. (Our rooms didn’t have microwaves.) And we couldn’t take advantage of their truly great deal–buy an eat-in dinner and get a take-home dinner for $10. We were so stuffed each night that we didn’t even look at the dessert menu, which I’m guessing must be some kind of crime.
The service both nights was excellent. My grandson got the wrong drink at one point. They left it, for free, and brought the right drink right away. Then he got a second drink as an apology. We ended up with the drinks for the price of one!
It’s a great place. You can definitely bring a family. We heard a birthday celebration at one point. But it reads a little more grown-up to me.
